"The location of the hotel is good, just near the international airport, which is more convenient. But the hotel service is very general, and I am particularly dissatisfied: 1. We booked three superior rooms with a view for six nights, but only two rooms were fulfilled. One room defaulted to a small low-rise ordinary room. After many negotiations, the contract was barely fulfilled until the fourth day. 2. The hotel is very dishonest and added 78 yuan for other people’s meals to our bill. After we found out, the receptionist's attitude was extremely bad. After consulting with the restaurant manager, he admitted that there was a mistake in his work and refunded us 78 yuan. U.S. dollars, but not even an apology. This is disappointing because of the loss of intercontinental standards!"

"Convenient location to the airport. We were unfamiliar with the area and we were arriving late at night. Walkable to eats late at night and lively music to get our vacation started. Room was good, pretty lobby but there was a unfavorable smell that was a big turnoff the minute you walked in the door. Overall not a bad experience except for the smell which is reflected under cleanliness in our rating. "

"The hotel is located by the sea, the beach is very good, the coconut trees are dazzling, and the scenery is pleasant. Although the rooms are not large, they are well-equipped, and some are available. Because I was flying, I didn't book breakfast, it was very close to the airport and it took 8 minutes to reach Uber."

"We had a great time! Embassy Suites is a great hotel very close to the airport and Old San Juan. The suites are clean and spacious. The employees are really friendly and the ****** is great. ***********. Elizet Ortiz, the Assistant Manager for the ******. She is the greatest asset this hotel has!"

IIsa in 中国This hostel is amazing! The kitchen is well equipped (pots, pans, ustensiles, plates, bowls, etc.) allowing you to save some money by cooking most of your meals there.
The room was pretty clean and although the showers and bathrooms are shared, they’re easily accessible from your room.
Location: About a 7 mins walk from Isla verte beach, about 10 minutes from the airport, and about a 20-25mins DiDi from Old San Juan. I’ll definitely book again!

谢谢When I came to Puerto Rico, I really didn't want to leave. The Courtyard Hotel was very good! The sea view room is great! There is also a casino in the hotel! Just drink and have fun! I have already thought about it and will stay here next time.

XXIUYUThe front desk service is very warm and thoughtful, but the hotel is too old, the facilities are very general, and it feels a bit overpriced. The lobby is nice, but the room doesn't have the feel of an upscale hotel at all. It takes a long time for room service to deliver things at night.
