"1. The location is great, right in the heart of Canberra city center, near Canberra Centre, making it convenient for both shopping and dining. There's a bus stop right downstairs, though it's a bit of a walk to the light rail station. 2. They offer triple rooms, which are perfect for families of three, and the price is reasonable. The per-person cost is quite acceptable for Australia. 3. The room was pretty clean, and the soundproofing was excellent, making it very quiet. 4. The front desk service was decent; they were willing to help with any issues. We were even allowed to check in early, before the official check-in time. However, you'll need some English proficiency, and occasionally the front desk staff isn't present. 5. The facilities are quite comprehensive, including a kitchen area and a fridge. But since the hotel has been open for a while, some of the in-room amenities show signs of age. 6. The windows don't open. 7. Slippers and toothbrushes aren't provided, and the shower gel and shampoo had a rather odd scent. 8. The duvet situation was still very strange: it's the kind where two sheets sandwich the duvet insert, which seems to be a common feature in Australian hotels."

"Great stay in Canberra Really enjoyed our stay at Adina Hotel Canberra. The apartment was spacious, modern, and very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent — close to restaurants, shops, and key attractions, making it easy to get around the city. Staff were friendly and professional, check-in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. A great option for both short and longer stays. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. 😊"

"We drove ourselves, and the free parking here was a huge plus. The room was spacious and even had basic cooking utensils. The only letdown was the breakfast; it was pretty sad, just a few slices of bread with coffee and milk. It's fine for a one-night stay, but don't expect much from the breakfast."

"We had a perfect stay at Rydges Canberra, the staff were always very friendly and helpful, the location was AMAZING, the breakfast had everything we needed and I loved the facilities with the gym, sauna and pool. We thought it was excellent value. Just don't look too closely at the cleanliness in the bathrooms or upholstery etc."

"Overall, the hotel is good and comfortable. The room was clean, and the location was very convenient. However, I was a bit surprised that there was no toothbrush or toothpaste provided in the room. For a hotel of this size and standard, I believe these basic amenities should be included. In addition, there was no bathrobe or loungewear/pajamas available for use inside the room. Having these items would definitely improve guest comfort and enhance the overall experience. In general, it was a pleasant stay, but adding these small details would make the service even better."

"State of art hotel, spacious room and king bed for small family, 5-star friendly service. Cinema and wine bar at ground floor, convenient for entertainment at night. Breakfast included in our stay, choose any ala carte from the menu, and kid eats free!"

"We checked in at 2pm but didn’t enter our room until around 4pm. My 3-year-old son and I opened the door to find a middle-aged man **************** inside the room. Reception later admitted they had issued us the wrong key. This is not a “mistake” — it is a serious failure in safety procedures and room-key management. A child being exposed to a ***** stranger is unacceptable. The hotel’s response was a complimentary breakfast, followed by a refund of a minibar Apple juice and parking at checkout, which does not come close to addressing the seriousness of the incident. A pre-requested cot also never arrived and had to be collected by my husband ourselves, highlighting further operational issues. The location is excellent, but due to the lack of basic safety and professional handling of this incident, we will not be staying here again."

"Service was above standards, shared facilities were well maintained, the room was clean and sufficient. Bit of a struggle with no A/C however the fan provided in the room helped out with that problem, (you get what you pay for). Very sufficient for short stays. We booked very last minute and were still met with happy staff with a room card and spare cards ready for us to take with simple instructions to get to our room."

"Midnight Collection was in a central location where amenities is surrounded. You have pub, tram station and walking distance to civic center. The facilities is good enough to have a relax and enjoyable swimming pool and sauna room after a long day. Food wise is pretty tasty, while it may not be free flow in term of buffet style."
