667866Excellent location - bus stop right outside the hotel made getting around very convenient, short walking distance to shops.
Room itself was spacious, and bed was comfortable which made for a pleasant overall stay.
Basic amenities such as toothbrushes, shower cap and slippers etc were not provided in room. The mini bar also didnt have prices listed, so no clue what items would cost.
The main lighting in the room and bathroom was bright and quite harsh for me, no option to adjust to a softer tone. And the bathroom fan was quite loud and didnt appear to have an option to turn it off, which could be disruptive. Also, reception is not available 24hrs and at times it was difficult to get in touch with staff for assistance.
Overall a decent stay, an excellent location.

RRieskaStayed at Crowne Plaza Canberra and overall had a decent experience. The hotel is very clean, including the room and common areas, which we appreciated. However, the hotel does feel a bit dated, particularly the bathroom — the shower and bathtub would benefit from an upgrade.
The reception staff were friendly, polite, and professional, with smooth and efficient check-in and check-out. Breakfast was acceptable but had limited variety (see video).
The location is a plus, right in the city and next to Holey Moley and the entertainment arcade, making it convenient for families with kids. Overall, a clean and well-located hotel, though showing its age in some areas.

AakbonieThis hotel is super convenient! A shopping center called Maunka Terrace is just a 3-minute drive away, and it has Coles, Subway, and McDonald's. There were also Japanese, Italian, pub food, and other Asian restaurants in that area.
Parking usually costs $25 per night for guests, but thanks to a Trip.com perk, I only paid $10 a night, which was great! You can't reserve parking, but there was plenty of space, so I had no issues.
The breakfast menu was pretty much the same every day, which was a bit disappointing, but there was still a good variety and plenty of food.

You have to make the line, to wait to be seated like it's a nightclub. Arriving at the restaurant, you will wait 20 minutes to have your morning coffee.
Another issue with the breakfast is that it is super expensive. I paid 22 AUD (more than 12 euros) for a plate with one waffle... Also paid a super high price for a plate of fruits...
Everything else is perfect. Hotel is beautiful, quiet, well located and the persons working at the reception are great! Polite, nice and ready to help!

GGuest Userlocation was excellent, love the rows of red pin oak trees lining nearby streets during Autumn ( late April), had the 2 bedroom apartment ,
some small comment, had to wait 30 minutes in the car when we arrived at 2 pm due to room not prepared ,the electric blanket wasn't working in the main bedroom, and the door to the balcony was open when we enter,otherwise an enjoyable stay.

CClaire in the airStylish hotel with a central location. Recommend the atrium rooms as the sun room we were in faced the busy highway and was quite noisy. The aircon also seemed to have issues.
Watch out for parking, it’s relatively expensive and the street parking nearby doesnt do overnight unless you are leaving before 6am.
Otherwise a pleasant stay.

SsayedbhaiyyaaThe room was very small for three people, and the sink was broken. The room heater was malfunctioning, although the staff did come and manage to fix it. The attached washroom lacked shower curtains, which caused water to spill onto the floor. Additionally, the charging ports were too far from the beds. Overall, I was not satisfied with the stay.
