GGuest UserI booked the pet room with my dog and was really happy with the room. The room is spacious and clean, it also has a backyard for my dog which was really great. I thought I had to pay for parking but the staff told me the parking at the front of the building is free and I was quite lucky and managed to get a spot when I got there. Location is great, not far from CBD and all the resturants so there were lot food choices. Also really loved the building and the garden, will definitely be choosing Mercure next time I am in Canberra.

Location: Great location; most city attractions are just a few kilometers away.
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they handled any issues promptly.

MMIKUSAMAtianxiadiyiThis hotel is said to be where heads of state stay when they visit, so it's no surprise the environment is outstanding. The scenery is beautiful, and there are even rabbits in the backyard. The hotel itself is a bit like a maze, and it's easy to get lost. It's not far from any of the attractions, and parking is convenient. Highly recommended.

LlonetloveMidnight Collection was in a central location where amenities is surrounded. You have pub, tram station and walking distance to civic center. The facilities is good enough to have a relax and enjoyable swimming pool and sauna room after a long day. Food wise is pretty tasty, while it may not be free flow in term of buffet style.

GGuest UserWe had a perfect stay at Rydges Canberra, the staff were always very friendly and helpful, the location was AMAZING, the breakfast had everything we needed and I loved the facilities with the gym, sauna and pool. We thought it was excellent value. Just don't look too closely at the cleanliness in the bathrooms or upholstery etc.

GGuest UserFirst time visiting Canberra, and I booked the Mercure Hotel because it's close to the University of Canberra, where I had some business. The front desk service was excellent, and they even upgraded my room. The room itself was spacious and very clean. My only minor complaints are that the shower only has a half-glass partition, so water tends to splash out, and the pillows were much too high. It would be great if the hotel could provide both a high and a low pillow option next time, so guests can choose what suits them best.

GGuest UserOur internet service wasn’t good / and shower had a little bit issues. The hotel solved it quickly . The hotel service is excellent. in the room it provide coffee machine / kettle - Italy good brand . Also I really like the shower gel / body lotion provided by the hotel - these all 5 stars hotel standard. It is highly recommended. The only thing I can criticize to the hotel is it should replace the shower head .

AAlijon02Overall, the hotel is good and comfortable. The room was clean, and the location was very convenient.
However, I was a bit surprised that there was no toothbrush or toothpaste provided in the room. For a hotel of this size and standard, I believe these basic amenities should be included.
In addition, there was no bathrobe or loungewear/pajamas available for use inside the room. Having these items would definitely improve guest comfort and enhance the overall experience.
In general, it was a pleasant stay, but adding these small details would make the service even better.
