Big nice and clean rooms with excellent view over the ocean, city and mountains. Live music every night. Free parking. Large selection of food. Dinner and afternoon food very good. Breakfast with a large selection too, but could be better. If breakfast was better I would rate 10.

We had a fantastic time at Tonga Towers! Room was clean and spacious with welcome chocolate, robe and slippers. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our while stay. It has nice facilities, as it was still a little cold we used the indoor spa pool, sauna and steam room which were lovely though not very big. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice, though can get a little busy with coach parties but the staff worked so hard to make sure that food is constantly topped up. Amazing rooftop bar/terrace with view over the bays. Overall we had a excellent stay! Thak you Tonga Towers!

The place was absolutely fabulous and clean. Entertainment for kids and adults were great, just a walking distance to the beach and town. I would stay there again. The food was also very very good.

It's right opposite the beach. It's hard to find a parking space when checking in during the day. The hotel has its own independent parking space, but it's only 10 euros a night. I don't recommend it because there are a lot of parking spaces at night. You can check in in the afternoon and go to Palma city center to play and eat. , there are a lot of parking spaces at the door when you come back in the evening. Find one close to the hotel. The hotel service and breakfast are good in all aspects.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and it has been absolutely lovely both times. The staff are very friendly and the service is good. My favourite part about the hotel is the sky bar, it has the most beautiful view of mountains and the beach, could literally sit up there all day. I would recommend going all inclusive as the food is so lovely! The best food I’ve ever had at an all inclusive as they actually have a lot of flavour in everything and nothing is bland. The rooms are very spacious and provide everything that is needed. The only problem is the transfer time from the airport as it can take up to an hour and 45 minutes if going with jet2 and they have other hotels to stop off at on the way. It’s close to the beach and shops which is perfect. Overall a lovely holiday and would definitely be visiting again.

A great holiday at Tonga Towers. Food fantastic and so much choice, great staff in all areas of the hotel. There was 11 of us in our party and sat together every night and catered for all food tastes. Rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Kids loved the indoor pool when the weather wasn't the best. Entertainment was good, day and night and the kids loved archery, pistol shooting and the mini disco each night. Some of the entertainment on an evening would have been better on the outdoor stage but due to the weather was indoors and the space was limited. Otherwise a great holiday which everyone in our party enjoyed.

We got to the hotel on the 29th July and departed on the 8th August 2024. The hotel was beautiful and the food was amazing but there was nothing to do. I have 2 teenagers and found that there was nothing to break the day up until the rubbish entertainment started at 21:30. Even I was bored. There were no quizzes or bingo. The only thing they offered were water aerobics 3 times per week and some outdoor sports at various times in the day which in my mind was far too hot in the heat we had of 39 degrees. Also did not find out about the outdoor activities until day 5 when I asked a member of the entertainment team due to not only my boredom but my son's aswell and it was like I shouldn't of asked her, she were quite rude and told me about the bored to look at. We had a studio room which was not big enough for 4 people and in which we were given 2 double beds which is not very good when you have 2 teenagers of the opposite sex. Also, there were not enough storage in the room either. I would not recommend this hotel for a family with 2 teenagers. We spent a lot on this holiday of £5000 and found we spent more money trying to entertain ourselves out of the hotel.

We just got back from two weeks at Tonga Towers and had a fantastic holiday. Food - The food was good, although a bit repetative. There was Pizza and Pasta every day which was very good, but some variety would have been nice. There is a grill area but again it was chicken and pork every day. The salad bar was well stocked and lots of fruit was available. The breakfast was ok but again some more variety wouldhave been good. The snack bar next to the pool was great with a buffet available up until 15:00 then it turned to table service until 17:00. Rooms - We had a famiy room which had a dividing moveable wall and was clean and modern, with a kitchen area and fridge. Bar - The bar staff were very friendly. Coco and Jordi were fantastic with our kids and all the bar staff worked very hard and made you feel welcome. Entertainment - The entertainment staff really went above and beyond to make sure you had a great holiday. Steffi, Marc, Maya, Alex and the other team members were all fantastic and you could see them practicing for the in-house dance shows non stop. The famous cocktail game was a daily highlight, as was the morning shooting competitions. A huge thank you to the entertainment team for making us feel so welcome and for all the effort they put in. Overall we had a great time and will definitely be back to Tonga Towers and i would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone, families in particular.

The 2 last days of our stay, was very disappointing, the fact is 2 big groups of dancers, came and let the guest, who been there for a while, feel like they don’t have their place anymore, was not great And the lack of communication, especially for the fact that, the snack bar closed, without the knowledge of any guests, wasn’t good, but need to thank the hotel manager, who be more than happy to have a private chat and recognise the problem and apologise And again, in the morning of our departure, the restaurant is open early for the departure guests before 8, breakfast is available from 7am, but the fact that the cleaning teams still there and looking not happy for us to be there when they not even finished, they should rethink about the way how to do their work more efficiently to please both way.

Comfortable bed. Our Balcony overlooked pool area. Food very good. Good choices and plenty of it. A 15 minute walk down to sea front and shops. We swam in the sea which was lovely. Local bus stop 10 mins away. Visited Palma which was an hour away on the bus. Entertainment in evening was very loud. Good value for money hotel.

Went with Jet2 Holidays to this hotel and location for our first time in Majorca. Great hotel recommended by a friend who had been several times, at was bigger hotel than we normally stay at but very well run. Staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms very nicely decorated and cleaned every day - they were a bit noisy some nights, food in restaurant was very good, plenty of choice and fresh. Hotel facilities were excellent, the only downside was the nightly entertainment was too loud.

For some context we are young family of 4 that travel often on all inclusive. We usually go 4 star, however for special occasions would do 5 star. We chose Tonga due to its 4 star plus rating and 4.5 stars rating on trip advisor. To summarise this hotel falls significantly below any hotel we have stayed at previously and in my opinions merits a down grade to 3 star by Jet 2 and significant reduction in prices being charged. Everything felt an effort from the 3 hour transfer arranged by Jet 2, not Tonga Towers fault, to constantly queuing for food at breakfast lunch dinner. All the small things weren’t there. Examples would be sound proofed rooms, fusing sounds of water coming through pipes every hour during the night, no shower gel soap in shower and finally staff being unpleasant across all levels in particular bar, cleaners and management. There were bigger issues. The design of the hotel is extremely poor - it’s essentially a high rise tower with rooms stacked to 14 floors and cafeteria at the bottom. It not only lacks character but practical issues. When the hotel is busy it’s really busy and stressful to stay in and the dinner hall at the bottom you couldn’t swing a cat round. With young kids it was a nightmare and felt we were living in a high rise block of flats which essentially is what it was, eating out of a council kitchen run by lacklustre management staff. This would be fine, unfortunately we had paid £3k to stay there for 10 nights. Please don’t waste your hard earned cash. We have learnt a hard lesson from our stay here and most certainly wont be back.
