Big nice and clean rooms with excellent view over the ocean, city and mountains. Live music every night. Free parking. Large selection of food. Dinner and afternoon food very good. Breakfast with a large selection too, but could be better. If breakfast was better I would rate 10.

We had a fantastic time at Tonga Towers! Room was clean and spacious with welcome chocolate, robe and slippers. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our while stay. It has nice facilities, as it was still a little cold we used the indoor spa pool, sauna and steam room which were lovely though not very big. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice, though can get a little busy with coach parties but the staff worked so hard to make sure that food is constantly topped up. Amazing rooftop bar/terrace with view over the bays. Overall we had a excellent stay! Thak you Tonga Towers!

The place was absolutely fabulous and clean. Entertainment for kids and adults were great, just a walking distance to the beach and town. I would stay there again. The food was also very very good.

The hotel is amazing, the service is unbeatable, the food is a 10 and the service is 10 out of 10.

It's right opposite the beach. It's hard to find a parking space when checking in during the day. The hotel has its own independent parking space, but it's only 10 euros a night. I don't recommend it because there are a lot of parking spaces at night. You can check in in the afternoon and go to Palma city center to play and eat. , there are a lot of parking spaces at the door when you come back in the evening. Find one close to the hotel. The hotel service and breakfast are good in all aspects.

Everything perfect, cleanliness, service, rooms... we went on a trip as a couple and it's spectacular. I highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel, unbelievable buffet, great location. Great clean room. Hotel located in the northern part of the island. Weather was perfect for cycling maybe too cold for Beach. Was there for nine days of Cycling. Would definitely recommend and go there again.

Lovely hotel , clean and well looked after . The food was excellent and the whole place had a friendly atmosphere thanks to the wonderful staff especially Evgeril on reception calm and knowledgeable nothing too much trouble and Gabriela whos smile lit up the bar. Thankyou all

First impressions of the hotel were very good. Nice, well designed rooms, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. As others have mentioned the 8 o’clock rush for sunbeds is a pain and if you want one you have to join in. We spent the majority of our time around the kids pool watching our granddaughter and it was disappointing to see beds taken away for use by the main pool by inconsiderate people. This aside the children’s pool was excellent and the kids club adjacent was great. Evening entertainment was on the whole very good especially the shows put on by the entertainment staff. Our granddaughter loved playing the lion in the Disney show. The only downside was the food. Not particularly the quality (although it wasn’t great) but the organisation. Constantly running out of pizza and meats on the grill. Maybe the maitre d’ should spend more time on training rather than shouting at the staff. Did we enjoy it? Most definitely Would we return? Probably not due to the food

Nice location, reception staff very friendly, rooms were excellent and cleaned daily with new towels bedding ect… the hotel as a whole is very clean! Entertainment needs improving, for me the cooked food was disappointing! Most of the meat being cooked on the grill was raw!! Plenty of options available, snack bar was nice only downfall was the flys landing on the food Burgers ect….!!! As other reviews state there is a big problem with sun beds, people are queuing from 7am to place towels down, if you don’t want to get up at 7am on holiday to get sun beds I would avoid staying here.

Our room was always super clean during our stay, it was cleaned every single day. The hotel is located at a beautiful place close to the sea, and from the hotel room the view was just breathtaking. The hotel staff were incredibly supportive and kind and the food was fresh and delicious. In the evenings there were concerts or entertainments with high quality.

Food 5 ⭐ great choices everyday, fresh and friendly chefs! Poolside food great and handy if you don't want to get changed out off swimwear. The buffet restaurant is big and busy but didn't have to queue for food and it's table drinks service. Drinks 5 ⭐ real cocktails! Mixed in front of you. Wine choices are great including cava. Cruz Campo on tap which is a lovely, refreshing lager. Rooms 5 ⭐ clean and spacious. Aircon works well. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms lovely with great water pressure. Only negative is gap on balcony which things can drop through. Staff 5 ⭐ mostly friendly and funny, some are more serious but they are busy and work long shifts. Rooftop bar 5 ⭐ lovely taster menu and stunning views. Poolside 4.5 ⭐ yes, could do with more sunbeds and there is a bit of a morning sunbed war, a hotel I stayed at last year remedied this by staff placing a time sticker on chairs and if no one returned in an hour they removed the towels. Saying that we were always able to get 4 together, mostly after lunch as we'd go out in the mornings. The pool is lovely and warm. The patio could do with being mopped more often as lazy people wouldn't put their unused drinks in the boxes around the site and a sticky cocktail would spill creating a great place for ants. Some guests would get a bit rough in the pool and staff don't react to this bad behaviour. Entertainment 5 ⭐ best I've seen at a hotel, varied and fun. We always got seats outside for it and the drinks are table service that night which is great. Hotel areas 5 ⭐ the bar is huge with comfy seats if you want to sit in the cool for a while. The games room is great with pool and air hockey. Big reception to sit and watch the world go by. Spar attached to hotel. Location 5 ⭐ 10mins walk to beautiful beach, lots of shops and restaurants. Mini train does a great tour and the bus services to Alcudia are cheap and regular. Would definitely return.

We stayed for five nights and although the hotel appears outwardly clean we kept getting bites all over our legs and tummy. We thought these were mosquitoes but were puzzled as we only got bitten at night couldn’t see any mosquitoes and windows were closed. We now believe these were cockroaches seeing one on the bathroom floor on our departure. Where you see one there are most likely hundreds. Having stayed on the 13th floor if this is a hygiene problem and no where near the kitchen I dread to think what the kitchens are like!

Hi All, just got back from an 11 night stay. Overall we did enjoy the holiday but we wouldn’t return, this hotel does have some pro and cons so hopefully this list will help if you’re deciding to stay: Pros 1. Room cleaning staff are lovely and do an amazing job. 2. Evening entertainment is great, especially Alex who was there in 2016 during our first visit. 3. Lovely spa shop next to the hotel including the shop workers. 4. Hotel generally nice and clean. 5. Good location for access to nightlife and the beach. Cons 1. Some Mardy staff members in the restaurant and sometimes they looked really hacked off with life. 2. Having pool rules and not enforcing them, we had a number of groups drinking in the family pool and the sign clearly prohibited this. 3. Room air con isn’t cold enough. 4. Some reception staff need customer training. 5. Some days we had foul smells coming from Our bathroom, clearly something needs to be sorted. 6. Pool lifeguard needs to be more at-tentative and enforce pool rules, he was more interested in relaxing and eating food rather than doing his job. 7. The hotel shouldn’t be allowing sunbed reserving from 8:00am, quite a few times we had towels on sunbeds next to us and the people owning those towels didn’t turn up until late afternoon 😡. 8. People need to learn about food hygiene in the restaurant and stop using fingers and hands to get food, the tongues and servers are there for a reason people 🤬😡. 9. The use of a safe shouldn’t be charged as an extra as it’s very small and should be included within the holiday cost. When we’ve been elsewhere such as Turkey there was no travellers tax, no fee for the safe rental and no extra charge for branded drinks. All inclusive plus should mean everything is included. 10. Late check out should be available to all people leaving the hotel at PM and shouldn’t be charged an extra 50 euro for this privilege. Comparing our experience to Crete and Turkey you get a lot more for your money in those countries rather than Spain who seem to charge money for things that really you should be getting as part of the overall booking cost.
