It was indeed a king-size bed room with cloud view. I also arranged a room for you separately on the top floor. We have two people checking the room every day. There will definitely not be problems such as all dust and broken windows as you said. The windows have buttons. You didn't see it clearly. I felt dizzy all day. Maybe you had altitude sickness. There is an oxygen concentrator in our room. Maybe you didn't see it. Our hotel is not small in Xinduqiao. The outside is because the country is vigorously developing Xinduqiao, building highways and railways. You should have seen it on the way here. There are cables in many places. Because the National Day holiday is approaching, I believe that no hotel around Xinduqiao will make such a low-level mistake. Moreover, the hygiene of a hotel is the most basic. As a person, I also explained to you that there is no landline in the room, and then asked you to add the front desk WeChat. I also told you that if you have any problems, you can find us as soon as possible and we will definitely solve them for you, but you didn't pay attention to us. Regarding the service and other problems you mentioned, it may be because you were concerned about the price at that time that you gave us a bad review. Oxygen generators are also equipped in every room because we consider many of our guests. They are all from low-altitude areas and are entering Tibet for the first time. The oxygen concentrator is indeed a bit noisy because of the sound of the machine. It is currently the quietest oxygen concentrator available on the market. We have also purchased other oxygen concentrators, but they are not as effective as this one. The breakfast is a nine-square grid and one portion per person is not enough.
