Lovely stay. The Vietnamese are amazing people. Great, clean, spacious room. I wish i had a few more nights here in Hue… it was perfect for a few nights so i could do the (highly recommended) DMZ tour

Excellent location close to the railway station. Fast check-in. In the hotel, there’s a swimming pool with a good view of the city. In general, the room was clean, however, we saw a few ants in it. The staff is polite and ready to help. Overall, it was a good stay.

The staff here were wonderful, allowing me early check in and late check out to accommodate my train schedule. They also recommended and helped me book a Hue city tour, which exceeded my expectations. I loved my room with private garden patio. Also appreciated being able to walk to the river and to the train station.

Very friendly staff as always in Vietnam, but not a 4star hotel. Carpets worn out and dirty. Same for matress.

Close to the Rail Station, very convenient. From the hotel's restaurent on 9th floor can view the Huong River, Church etc.

After a little mishap upon arrival with our shower being broken- the staff more than made us feel welcome, heard & went above and beyond to not only fix the issue, but to make sure we had the best stay possible. All staff very kind- wanting to help. Food, very good, both breakfast & we got room service late twice- which was very nice & came fast considering the time we ordered it. Gym on site & pool too! We stayed in the suite & it was amazing- the views & bath/ shower are certainly worth the upgrade! In a great location & the staff really go above what is needed to make your stay fantastic. Will be returning for sure.
