The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay.

Location is pretty near the city centre. Area is quaint and peaceful either way a nearby mall within 10 mins of cycling. Staff 王苗苗 and 杨彩云 was very helpful with our queries and was readily able to assist us in every way possible. Room was in great shape and we had an awesome stay here.

Honest and genuine review from Australia/iraq Muslim Booked hotel a week prior to checking in. Pros: customer service is very nice and helpful unfortunately they do not speak 100% English but a translator did the job. They helped me with finding restaurants & shopping and also kept our luggage at the receptionist after we checked out to finalise things. Rooms are very clean, bathroom has a biget and all necessary amenities. Buffet is a mix of foods not much halal options but it had enough to get you going in the morning. Con’s: Not to many to be completely honest but I’m not sure if gongzhou is just a massive place but everything was a 20min didi away I spent majority of my money and time on didis however this was calculated cost. Thank you very much :)

Exceptional hotel, reception very nice but limited English. Rooms very clean, modern, has gym, laundry, refreshments & snacks at lobby. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Guangzhou short or long stay. The only improvement I can suggest is adjust the air conditioning so it doesn't blows straight on you while in bed sleeping. Otherwise perfect hotel.

My stay was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was good, it would be helpful if they labeled the food with ingredients. The complimentary noodles provided for supper were a nice touch. Plus, the hotel's proximity to a McDonald's and other eateries was convenient. A highlight was discovering Quinn Coffee 有事没事来杯咖啡 nearby. Overall, a fantastic stay—I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel for people are visit tianhe for working all days

Plus: New hotel with simple smart equipment, very clean and nice attitude of staff, Minus: location is not very good. air conitioning is straight blowing cold air on you while sleeping and very uncomfortable. Breakfast of is very limited choices.
