"My wife and I had a rest from 05/27/2025 for 4 days. We were attracted by the nice price, the hotel is old but close to the airport and the bus stop is right across the road from which you can get to the airport and the city center. In principle, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you need a luxury hotel, this is not the place for you, you are looking for a budget option, then this is exactly what you need! Standard breakfasts. The beach is within walking distance 7-10 minutes."

"Our expectations were met. Super nice staff. Wifi surprisingly also very good. The food was delicious. Fish and the like was freshly fried for one. We were very satisfied and would like to come again.
If you want to go to the Ballermann and want to party, I don't recommend the hotel. It's an hour's walk to get there, which is very long.
I posted a few examples: the view from a courtyard view, example food (what we got/prepared) some of it is dinner, others from breakfast. I also took a picture of the aisle with me. On a picture you can also see where you could get something to eat, among other things, but there were other options."

EeM.MThe hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments.

GGuest UserGreat modern hotel set on the beach.we stayed in a sea view apartment and hired a car to see the island and shopped at lidl and ate out in can pastilla rather than pay their tidy sum to dine in the hotel.We would have liked an oven to cook meals however the rings of the hob did meals well.wonderful maids and the indoor pool made this a welcome short break plus the sun came out which was a bonus in January!

AAnonymous UserUpon arrival on the 26/04 after a long journey, we were desperately seeking a nice cold drink. We headed to the rooftop bar however, the bartender was very rude. After waiting to get his attention we asked for 2 drinks. He immediately and without looking up, told us that we would have to wait. He continued to move stuff around the bar and ignored us. We eventually walked off. There were no other customers and it was 11.30 am and the bar was open.This was not a very pleasant first experience.

DDIANAm I the first one on Ctrip? Actually, I did not stay in this hotel. Because when he checked in, he said that the system was broken and there was no way to handle it, so let us go to their sister hotel and call us a taxi. The sister hotel is not far away. At the time of the time, the page shows that 2 adults can be accommodated for 1 child free of charge, but at the sister hotel we have to pay an extra child's money and taxes. What else? Anyway, 2 nights a total of 40 euros seems to be. The room is the level of the hotel. No hot water bottle. No coffee maker. Tea, instant coffee. This is no drop. The air conditioning in the room is as long as the balcony door is open. Will stop the drop by yourself. The hotel was originally early, and because of the change of the hotel, we were given dinner. So our daily breakfast and dinner were eaten in the hotel. The dinner dishes are changed every day, and the aunt who closes is particularly diligent. Beverages are charged as usual. The hotel is very close to the airport. Take the bus to the door of the city of Parma. Very convenient. The beach at the door is nice. In the evening, the sun goes down to dig and dig the sand. After the downhill, there are a lot of food and drink on the avenue. It is also very lively. This island is the European Sanya. Asians are really few. Hahaha

SSamI love this hotel. You can travel to Palma centre by bus within 15 minutes. Also, you enjoy the beach view every day from your room. The hotel restaurant provides food of incredibly high quality. The room and toilet are clean and nice.

GGuest UserReally friendly and good service. Our room was located next to a busy street, so we asked for another room. That was no problem. But our new room had really noisy neighbors (the walls are very thin!), so we changed again. Very happy that this was possible in the middle of the night!

GGuest UserI booked a double room with a sea view for single use for one night in the eight-story hotel without breakfast. I knew the hotel from driving past. It doesn't look very appealing from the outside, but it's surprising when you enter. Everything looks freshly renovated and clean. The staff at reception were very friendly. I had a room on the 7th floor and was very satisfied. The hotel is in the second row, the beach and promenade are just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel, which, like its sister hotels Pamplona and Caballero, also located on Playa de Palma, belongs to the BG group, has a spa and sports area and a small indoor pool. I didn't eat any meals. There are only a relatively few German channels on the TV, the most important of which are ZDF, RTL, Vox, 3 Sat, ZDF Info, RTL 2. Das Erste and 3 programs are missing.
Positive: I forgot my tablet in the room. The chambermaid found it and honestly handed it in at reception. I picked it up a day later. Thank you for your honesty!

However, the waiting time for the check-in process is too long, and it took an hour and a half to arrange it. It may be due to insufficient personnel. I hope it can be improved
