"I arrived at hotel on8/9/25 for a 7 night stay it looked good on advert but don't recall ever seeing it . I used to go to Santa Ponsa very very regular but been some years since there . Its location for a start is just superb . You're walkable to everything . Beach is a bout 200 yards away . Anyway nice walkway up to door and lovely reception area showing also lovely large dining area to right and again lovely large bar lounge area to left . Young lady at reception warm and welcoming and patient with me ( I have a little voice disability) . My room was on first floor so apart from taking my suitcase up I never bothered using the two lifts during stay . My room had two single bed together both good dimensions excellent toilet and shower room to all this and hotel itself lovely and clean . My room did not have sea view but the majority do . Believe me I had a good wee time on that wee holiday and the hotel made it . Thank you . Cheers. DONALD ."

"We had a lovely stay for our anniversary. The staff were so lovely and made us feel special from the moment we walked through. The room, reception and outside area were clean and in excellent condition. We honestly would have been happy to just stay in the hotel by the pool. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby which helped and great buses into Palma and the airport made our stay convenient. We would highly recommend."

"It takes 40 minutes to get to the downtown area of ​​Palma by bus, which is not very punctual and not very convenient. The surrounding food is not cost-effective. The hotel is relatively old-fashioned, and slippers are not provided. Water needs to be obtained from the front desk. There is a swimming pool, which is OK for lying down."

"Very quiet complex without entertainment, pure relaxation. Not overcrowded, there are always free sun loungers. The areas without children are also pleasant. We had half board, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. It is possible to eat à la carte almost all the time and everywhere. The food, with a wide selection and good quality, is nevertheless a bit overpriced for my taste. Water is also quite expensive. Nevertheless, the service is also unbeatable. Everything is done quickly and easily. Great staff, especially when it comes to organization. Lift to all rooms and pool floors (except for the infinite pool on the roof, where you have to climb stairs), restaurants accessible for wheelchair users. Breakfast and dinner outside with a breathtaking view of the bay. The view from our hotel room - balcony - was also a dream. Rooms very spacious and clean, large illuminated closet with lots of storage space. There were quite a lot of guests, but you never had the feeling of being cramped. Car rental organized by reception, totally stress-free. Reception also offers boat trips at affordable rates. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The beach is rather small, but very pretty. Disadvantage: if you don't have a car, you're a bit isolated, as there are no shops in the immediate vicinity. You can find them in the next larger town. The hotel offers a free shuttle service there and back three times a day. I can't say anything about the spa and fitness center, as we didn't use them. In any case, it certainly wasn't the last time we were there."

"The hotel is very nice and in an ideal location. Everything is fine except the redneck of employees. We have booked accommodation for a whole month for crazy money. At the same time, every day the hotel tried to strip money for something extra. Children's breakfast separately or extra bed. There are no particular complaints, but the administration did not show loyalty with a long and very expensive placement"

"Wow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas.  I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is.
