Business Hotels in Pasay

The hotel is in an excellent location if you have a long layover and do not want to stay at the airport. The hotel is busy, and there is a lot of security. The breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. However, the rooms are old and not very clean. This does not correlate with the price. In my opinion, it’s not worth the price.

Over all was a good stay! Areas where family and friends can visit and meet up, with various restaurants and cafes on its doorstep— specially just before flying out. It’s about a 15 minute drive from T1 international terminal. Although the pool water was quite cold, albeit being indoors, and separate sauna for males and females. Unfortunately when we attempted to visit the saunas- one afternoon, they were not so inviting (ie not the cleanest). Nice to have a poolside bar and access to massage services there tho!

Beautiful hotel, great location. The area is not congested like the other hotels around Manila. Few minutes walk away from Mall of Asia. There's also other malls and restaurants nearby. Good security, courteous attendants and crews, always greets you with a smile. Pool is inviting, you should try it at least once. Many food selection for breakfast. Our room has a view of the city, beds are comfy, aircon is working neatly. We loved our 2 nights stay. Thanks Hotel 101.

My sister and I booked a 1-night stay from December 31 to January 1, but we didn't receive the room we reserved. Although we had a room with a window, it lacked a city view. Additionally, the pool area was not as spacious as expected, and there was no rooftop or overlooking area for the fireworks display. The hotel offers a generous breakfast selection, though there can be long queues, especially during holidays or peak seasons. Its proximity to the airport makes it highly recommended for travelers with early flights. Overall, we found the experience satisfactory and might consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

Our family had an incredible stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless, modern, and spacious, making it a truly comfortable experience. Our room had a stunning sea view, which made waking up each morning even more special. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was absolutely breathtaking and a highlight of our trip. The restaurant served delicious food with a beautiful ocean view, creating the perfect dining experience. On top of all that, the staff were friendly and always ready to help. I had not a good encounter and experience when we arrived on 6 Nov 2024.  We checked at front desk they gave the key card which is the door system is not working properly we could not go in. Then I called for help but  respond is slow no one came up.I decided to walk down to front desk and  Hotel staff at front desk exchanged a new key card and assist me to get the room. It was fine and we left our luggage to the room and went out. Problem came up again when we used the updated key card unfortunately is not work again we stuck outside the room. I really get disappointed and angry most importantly my wife need to take medicine on time, we end up stuck outside second time. I walked again to front desk to complain about that and staff immediately apologised and change new room for us. Honestly I do felt very upset and about the arrangement all this respond came too late even staff shown their effort to comfort us. I received only a few chocolate and card for this incidents happened 😄what do you think?

We are very satisfied.. we felt home. This is our 3rd time already.. Junior Suite and Executive King suite are phenomenal. We are USA military family, and we lived and traveled around the world . When we say it feels home, it means a lot to us.. We felt home every time we visited this hotel. Home is where the heart is... Thank you again...Job well done.. Excellent customer service. We will come back again..

If not for the commendable effort the staff have shown will have rated 2 stars and below. Arrived in the airport with their own transport service already waiing, in the hotel itself waited for more than 30 mins just for check in. Hotel itself is old and hallways smell moldy and musty. Elevators and hallways not airconditioned. Room given was far from elevators so expect to walk a few minutes if not choosing to be near lifts. Room itself was old and small, 2 double beds with small bathroom. Expect to meet cockroaches. Overall not recommended

Such a great Hotel for staycation! Excellent service tho we have multiple request and order but this lady named ‘Ly’ of In room dining serves us with quicky and excellent service. Tradition to go here in manila for staycation whenever there are breaks and this is our first time here in okura. Everthing was nice. Me and my sisters would surely choose okura again next time. Great service plus friendly staff. Also thanks to the perfect ambiance.
