We had an incredible stay at Hotel Okura. Chose to book this place to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. We were able to enjoy our overnight staycation to the fullest thanks to the relaxing and quiet atmosphere of the hotel and its attentive staff. Our room didn't have the best view, but we were still able to enjoy the room amenities like the Hinoki tub, the smart TV where we can log in to Netflix and the free Nespresso pods. Breakfast was decent with enough selection from Japanese to Western cuisine. Another thing we truly enjoyed was their appetizing and filling afternoon tea offerings. We'll definitely want to book again.

Our stay at Sheraton Newport Hotel was comfortable and relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were courteous and accommodating. We also loved the very convenient location, with easy access to Newport Mall, restaurants, and nearby establishments. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great choice for both quick getaways and convenient city stays.

Our stay at Conrad Manila was truly one of the most relaxing hotel experiences we’ve had. What made it even more special was seeing how much my father genuinely enjoyed the stay. Compared to other hotels we’ve been to that sometimes felt overwhelming and too busy, Conrad gave us a calm and peaceful atmosphere that made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The service was excellent, the ambiance was elegant yet very relaxing, and everything made our stay feel memorable and stress-free. Definitely a place we would love to come back to.

Excellent Choice for Business Travelers I booked this stay at Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts for my boss and client during their business trip, and the overall experience was excellent. Location – The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers needing quick access to the airport. You can walk directly from Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 via the Runway Manila footbridge in about 10 minutes. It's also less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport. Rooms – The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the suites come with a living area and a standalone bathtub. The hotel also has an outdoor heated pool with a swim-up bar. Service – Service from the hotel staff was professional, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. Dining – The breakfast buffet was amazing with a nice variety of choices. The on-site restaurants and there's also a lobby bar and a pool bar for evening cocktails. Amenities – The property felt premium and luxurious. It's connected to Newport World Resorts, Newport Mall just a 2-minute walk away, and plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Both my boss and client had a pleasant stay and gave very positive feedback. I would definitely consider booking this hotel again for future business trips to Manila

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again.

I always have a great experience staying at this hotel. Every time I book here, I always get a good night’s sleep and feel well-rested the next morning. The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the overall experience is always pleasant. We had an amazing stay at this hotel’s El Nido location — the property and service were excellent, so we booked the Manila branch expecting a similar standard. Unfortunately, our experience in Manila was very disappointing. Service was extremely slow throughout our stay. The elevators took forever to arrive, and waiting for one going up or down wasted a lot of our time. When we made requests for items, they either took an unreasonably long time to arrive or never showed up at all. Twice we asked for ice, and we never received it. The in‑room safe was also broken and would not work. To be fair, the staff seemed willing to be polite, yet they did not put in enough effort to resolve guest issues or meet basic guest needs. It is a real shame to see such a big difference between two locations of the same hotel. We cannot recommend the Manila site, even though we loved El Nido.

It is my second time to stay in this hotel. Like the last time, I felt comfortable in this hotel. Very relaxed. Staffs are discrete and not encroaching on your space but there when you need them. Very polite and service with a smile. The rooms are big and clean. Bf is excellent for what you pay. Very close to SM mall of Asia. Better than their sister company not far away from them. Will stay again here

It is very convenient. About 10 minutes from the hotel in traffic. Service - friendly and helpful. 100%. Room clean, bed comfortable. The water in the shower was hot then cold then hot which annoyed me. Very convenient and helpful shuttle in the morning. Food - I just had a seafood soup but it was mid.

Well ok naman yung room, actually mas maayos sya kesa dati kasi nung una book namin hindi ganun kaayos yung room na binigay sa'min. But the only one problem is dinig mo yung galing labas so if matutulog ka ng Hapon or gabi medyo hindi ka makakatulog ng maayos dahil sa ingay galing labas, but it's ok na din para sa mga naghahanap ng murang Hotel ok na sya.
