GGuest UserUnexpectedly gorgeous room upgrade! I was initially placed in an incredibly noisy room with zero soundproofing. I could hear everything – the AC, doors slamming outside, and people talking in the hallway. After a grueling day of travel (I missed my Bohol flight because I messed up my stock trading!), all I wanted was a quiet place near the airport to sleep. I even specifically requested a quiet room in my booking notes. Yet, I was kept up until past 2 AM by all the noise. I was so upset I almost cried. Thankfully, the front desk immediately upgraded me to this amazing room! It's absolutely perfect. The room is huge, and I can actually close the door and enjoy real peace and quiet. I ended up sleeping until the afternoon, I didn't want to get up! 💓 Thank you for this wonderful experience.

GGuest UserI enjoyed staying on this 5 star hotel. Location was made easy because of the skyway. The buffet, Kusina could improve, there are lots of bigger buffet restaurants like Dad’s World Buffet. Could have been a 5 star for the restaurant. The staff and servers were really mindful and courteous, love their service! Cleanliness of the room, room service was in a hurry vaccuming the floor.

AAnonymous UserThis stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities and service were both very professional, and everything was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The overall environment, including the facilities and surrounding views, was absolutely beautiful and very well designed.
The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever had — every cuisine was prepared excellently, with great variety and quality across all dishes.
The only area for improvement would be the pillows. For my personal preference, they were a bit too low, so it would be great if the hotel could offer higher or firmer pillow options.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely consider coming back again!

GGuest UserThe room is incredibly spacious, and the hotel itself is very luxurious. It's directly connected to Newport Mall, which is fantastic because you don't even need to go outside to access it. Newport Mall has a ton of entertainment, dining options, and even a casino. It's very upscale, the most premium mall in the Philippines.

There's a shopping mall and a large supermarket downstairs, making shopping very convenient. There's also a smoking area downstairs, which is very friendly for smokers.

As for room service it is not bad Limited on menu but still alright.
The food actually tastes good.
What bad experience I got is I went down the restaurant and ask if the soup I wanted to order can be delivered up in my room and I was immediately declined amd was informed that it will be considered as take away and I will have to wait or come back and get it.
I mentioned if I oay extra to bring it up and they said no.
Its just a soup, nothing fancy or grill or dessert that will be melt, just a soup.
I think they should reconsider this service.
The room is small but its not bad.
Everything else is just okay.
Breakfast ain't much so don't expect anything.

GGuest UserIf you're looking for a quick rest before you travel going to the airport this place is ok, but it's beside the busy street so expect a noisy environment.
And the smell of cockroach and there was a real cockroach inside the room.
We took the quad triplet room good if you have somebody that a PWD, it's just on the ground floor but noisy.

Ang concern lng namin yung s cr walang lavatory para maayos sana kung mag toothbrush o magwash ng mukha. Un lng tlga wala. Meron sila dun s panlalake na cr. Pero sa pambabae. Wala super liit lng nasa taas pa ng toilet bowl. Kakadiri mag toothbrush. Sana mapansin.
