Very Good
CCheRiaThis is my second time, and the service was good. The package also allowed us to check out at 2:00 p.m. instead of the usual 12:00 noon, which was very convenient—especially after a long flight, since the place is near NAIA. We will book again.
FFrPachI would like to begin by highlighting the outstanding service provided by the staff from the moment we arrived.
1. The security guards are exceptional. They assisted us in every way, including guiding the driver and ensuring the car was parked safely in the correct area.
2. They kindly offered to help carry our baggage from the car park to the lobby.
3. All staff members are extremely friendly and consistently greet guests warmly, making us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for.
4. The reception staff are true superstars—professional, attentive, and very helpful.
5. Breakfast was very enjoyable, and the entire catering team provided excellent service. Everyone involved was truly amazing.
While the building itself may not be as new as some four- or five-star hotels, this hotel is truly unique because of its staff. The dedication, warmth, and professionalism of everyone working here make the experience exceptional.
KKSENIIA ABEIDULINABest choice to stayed at this hotel. It's conveniently located near the airport and the largest shopping mall, the Mall of Aysha. The rooms are small but very comfortable, and most importantly, the hotel has an amazing rooftop. There's a swimming pool and plenty of outdoor chill areas. I always recommend this hotel to my friends!
AAnonymous UserWe really enjoyed our stay at Tess and Tessha Condotel. The place is very clean, organized, and comfortable. The staff are kind and generous. They even offered 2 extra beds for free because they thought we were 5–6 people, even though I only registered 4 guests. We truly appreciated that gesture. Because of their good service and the cleanliness of the place, I highly recommend this condotel.
PS: I just couldn’t find the swimming pool during our stay.
GGuest UserWe stayed at Then Selah Garden Hotel for one night with my wife and our child. The location is acceptable, but the hotel is not particularly classy. The amenities are limited, with only an outdoor swimming pool available.
For me, the price is not very favorable considering what is offered. The parking area is quite small and operates on a first come, first served basis, which can be inconvenient.
Overall, the stay was decent and manageable, but it is not really worth the price. There is room for improvement.
AAmorThe place is okay.. I just wanted to have very cool room and free of noise.. I hope there were glasses and kettle. Potable water be at the hallway.
GGuest UserWe got a really cheap deal thanks to trip.com (got the room for ₱1167) and can I tell you just how much of a steal this was? We booked the loft style rooms without windows. The lower living space was spacious and complete with a sofa bed and a table and some chairs. The bathroom was small and pretty cramped. The upper area was also pretty cramped if you're any taller than 5'3. The AC leaked and it made a puddle in one corner of the room. I wish I had been informed outside of the handwritten letter on the table.
The room was alright. The room is pretty small but it's cozy. The amenities make this hotel worth it for the deal we got. You have access to the rooftop which has stunning panoramic views of the city. The bar and pool have a price though.
Overall, I'd say I'm happy with my booking. If the same deal were to come again, I would surely stay over again.
RRara MomijiWe booked this place just an hour before check-in due to a delayed flight, and it worked out well logistically. The location is right across from NAIA Terminal 3—perfect for short layovers or early morning departures. The check-in process was smooth, with someone meeting us in the lobby and walking us to the unit. We ended up extending for another night after our flight got rescheduled to the next day, and the host was very responsive and accommodating of our needs (eg drinking water, hand wash)
The room looked clean and well-maintained at first glance. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom had hot water. Wi-Fi was also excellent throughout our stay. The unit comes with appliances like a fridge and microwave, though we didn’t use them.
However, the presence of small cockroaches in the bathroom (especially noticeable at night) was a downside. It detracted from an otherwise decent stay. Also worth noting: the property lacks a covered drop-off area. Since it was raining heavily, we had to request access to the basement so we wouldn’t get drenched—a workaround that worked, but not ideal. Security in the property were very strict, almost didn’t let us through the basement.
It’s quiet, accessible, and the service was commendable. But unless the pest issue is resolved, it’s hard to give this a full recommendation. If you’re only staying for the convenience of Terminal 3 and aren’t too bothered by insects, it does the job.
GGuest UserFinding the Palm tree hotel from the airport was relatively easy, you just have to go up to the 4th floor, cross the pedestrian bridge and then turn left. The staff was very nice, however they did mess up my reservation and gave my booked room to someone else. They pretty quickly booked me a hotel across the street, which was fine. The sounds of the the highway are very loud but that’s to be expected. Overall pretty good stay for a one night layover at manila airport.
