Excellent hotel at a very convenient location. Very polite and friendly staff. Some areas for improvement 1. Shower hot and cold water mixer was not perfect, giving very hot water. 2. The WC area was very congested. 3. English communication was difficult with staff in the restaurant.

[Smoking🚬 problem] When I just arrived at the hotel, I found that someone was smoking in the lobby. It was obvious that the person was communicating with the staff, and the staff acted as if they didn't see it. Some guests who attended the wedding also smoked in the hotel lobby. There were many staff in the hotel lobby, and no one dissuaded them. I hope the hotel will strengthen training in this area. [Housekeeping department is short of staff] This problem is also very serious. It should be short of staff during holidays. I saw many people who checked in and encountered that the room was not cleaned up. At 5 pm that day, I saw the housekeeping department cleaning the room, and the request to send items to the room that I reported to the front desk was not delivered. In addition, the water in the bathroom of some rooms is not smooth. I didn't experience the hotel meals because I had to eat lamb intestine soup, so I didn't have the opportunity to experience it. A very good experience! The hotel is located in the Dahua Industrial Heritage Cultural Zone in Cangzhou. Since the room was not cleaned up when I arrived, I walked around the hotel. The scenery is very good and there is also a check-in spot for the Cangzhou Cultural Wall. You can visit the Dahua Ruins in just a few steps. When I went back to check in, I was given an upgraded room type and a welcome fruit plate. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a good view. The front desk lady is very nice. She also gave me free coffee when I left. I will choose this place again for my next family trip to Cangzhou~

Hotel amenities and staff are excellent , warm greetings by staff , always pay attention to the needs of guests , clothes washing service, shoe cleaning service and many more you just need to ask staff they will help you earliest . The toilet and bathroom are also separate, dry and wet , very convenient. The second day's breakfast is really very rich, a combination of Chinese and Western, Chinese food also combines a lot of local characteristics, sheep intestine soup is very authentic! All kinds of pasta are also very delicious, there are many types of western food, all kinds of small bread, small dessert, yogurt, etc., the restaurant staff is also very warm, very positive and timely to help clean up the tableware, next time come to Cangzhou to play, will certainly choose this hotel!

Booked two single rooms, three people live, the front desk specially arranged for us on the first floor of the opposite building (there is an anti-theft door outside the two rooms that can be locked), no one disturbs at night, super quiet. Breakfast is rich, children like to eat!
