"Pretty good, excellent value for money. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, I didn't want to stay at home while visiting my hometown, so I had a little staycation and enjoyed my high-altitude bathtub. Although the hotel is a bit old, the carpet is a bit faded, and the leather on the sofa and bedside tables has patches, when I think of such a cheap price (just over 300 including double breakfast), I feel like 'what more could I ask for?'. However, the hotel's gym is actually just four pieces of exercise equipment placed in the corridor, which is a bit amusing. (Again, for just over 300 with double breakfast and a bathtub, what more could I ask for?). Also, the Western breakfast wasn't great, but the Chinese breakfast, especially the egg pancakes and cold dish platter, was absolutely delicious, like local restaurant food. I don't know why, even during the Mid-Autumn Festival, it didn't seem like there were many guests. It was quiet though. Each floor has different cat paintings 🖼️, which are super cute!"

"My family and I traveled to Cangzhou, and after seeing the hotel's ratings and numerous positive reviews on Ctrip, I booked two rooms. I gave the hotel's facilities and cleanliness 5 stars, and the environment 4.5 stars. My only regret was the service. Having stayed at so many hotels, I truly can't approve of the service here. It seems the front desk staff haven't been properly trained. While the two younger female staff members lacked smiles, their tone was gentle, but they were passive and didn't proactively inform guests about hotel parking regulations, breakfast location and times, and other essential information. The worst was an older female staff member; her expression was unpleasant, and she answered guests loudly and impatiently, as if everyone owed her something. When I asked a younger staff member about purchasing a half-price breakfast for my 9-year-old child, she loudly interjected that only children between 1.2 and 1.4 meters could get half-price. When asked questions, her responses were always impatient, as if she were the front desk supervisor. The front desk service is the hotel's face to the public, and I hope that on my next stay, the hotel's front desk service image will leave a completely new impression."
