There was a slight misunderstanding regarding the invoicing issue, but the hotel was very sincere in resolving it afterward. The manager was also very proactive in handling the problem, and the service was excellent. The hotel actively rectified the issues raised, and their overall attitude was very good! Overall, the environment was quite nice, and I would stay there again next time!

Excellent business trip experience. The hotel is quiet and not noisy, very suitable for rest and simple office. The room is well lit, the desktop is spacious, and the network is stable and smooth. The hygiene standard is very high and the cleaning is meticulous. The front desk service is efficient and capable, the 24-hour service is very safe, the surrounding commute is convenient, the preferred hotel for business travel, five-star praise.

Facilities: The smart voice control and the small robot are quite convenient. Cleanliness: I was a bit unhappy with the room service. The room door was wide open when I checked in on the first day, and when I returned on the second day, there was no sign of cleaning. Isn't room service the most basic requirement? They claim to respect privacy, but I didn't see much respect for it on the first day. Later that afternoon, I specifically asked the front desk, and when I returned to the room that evening, I found it had indeed been cleaned. However, the most crucial issue was the bed! It was barely made, and the wrinkles were still very obvious. Generally, shouldn't hotels at least change the bedding as a basic requirement for room service? When I first checked in, I noticed a lot of dust and some short hairs… and when I returned on the third day, it was even worse—the bed was completely untouched! It looked exactly the same as when I left (as shown in the picture). This is the most unsatisfactory thing about my stay! I hope the hotel can pay attention to this! After all, the most important thing about a hotel is the bed. Environment: The room itself was pretty good, but could the bathroom door not be transparent? Haha, it might be a bit inconvenient if you're not a close friend or family member sharing a room. The hotel is right next to a main road. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful; they were able to resolve most issues I encountered when I called. Summary: Please pay more attention to room service, bed linen and duvet cover changes, and the cleanliness of the bedding. Everything else was quite good.

The environment is great, the service attitude is excellent, responses are prompt, and breakfast is delicious. The hygiene is good, and the cleaning staff cleans in a timely manner. The facilities are in good condition. The room is clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the location is convenient. The stay was very pleasant, highly recommended!

✨ Blow this treasure hotel hidden in the city! ! I stayed for three days and didn't want to go at all 😭 The location is really amazing. It takes five minutes to walk to the subway station. It takes no legs to go out to the business district and find food. We dragged the big suitcase and didn't take a few steps. Pushing open the door, I was pleasantly surprised that the floor-to-ceiling windows were facing the city street view. It was too comfortable to drink coffee on the sofa in the afternoon! The bed is soft like trapped in the cloud, even the pillow has two high and low models to choose from, the details control is directly ecstatic 🤩 The cleaning was super clean, the bathroom did not have a smell, the towels and bath towels were neatly folded, and the fragrance of the spare parts was not pungent. The front desk lady was super gentle. We arrived early and helped us upgrade the room type for free. Even the niche attractions we were looking for took the initiative to draw the route for us. It was so intimate! I will definitely stay here next time I come to this city. I have already recommended it to friends who want to play 👍🏻.

This price is very cost-effective, the temperature in the room is also very high, I have not eaten breakfast, I don’t know how to go out, there is a supermarket, I have to walk a few hundred meters to eat, the hotel network is often stuck, and the aunt who has lived for a long time is also more relaxed than just beginning. The water in the room is 3-4 in the front of the big bucket with seals, and the seals in the back are not. I have not drunk the big bucket of water. The overall situation is ok without the price increase.

Who knows the family! I found this treasure hotel, from the warm reception at the front desk when I checked in, to the intimate help to upgrade the room type, to the departure of the next day, the whole process makes people feel cared for. Next time I travel, I will definitely choose here! The overall decoration style of the hotel is simple, but the room is particularly well lit, the bedding is moderately soft and hard, and a super comfortable sleep relieves the fatigue of the day. The parking lot is particularly convenient to enter and exit. It is2.5 kilometers away from Nanchuan Building.

The overall experience of this stay was great! The environment of the hotel is really nothing to say, the lobby is clean and bright, the layout of the room is warm and elegant, the scenery outside the window is also very comfortable, and the shots are very good. The only small downside is that the sound insulation is a little worse, and the footsteps in the corridor can be heard, but it will be much better after closing the window, which does not affect the normal rest~ The price is very high, I will choose here next time.

The room feels very formal and quiet. The hot water is strong. The location is good and the transportation is convenient. It is close to the high-speed rail. The service attitude is very good. I have stayed here several times and the experience is very good.
