I saw many people who checked in and encountered that the room was not cleaned up. At 5 pm that day, I saw the housekeeping department cleaning the room, and the request to send items to the room that I reported to the front desk was not delivered. In addition, the water in the bathroom of some rooms is not smooth. I didn't experience the hotel meals because I had to eat lamb intestine soup, so I didn't have the opportunity to experience it.
