"The similar hotels in the United States are not very different, the location is not very good, but not too bad, the facilities are perfect, clean and tidy, free parking, breakfast categories are not many, to meet the basic needs, wins the price is very good!"

"Best hotel ever! We are going to BlackPink in Chicago.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived in the morning and asked if early check-in was possible. They immediately checked for available rooms and quickly cleaned one for us so we could check in early. We truly appreciate everything they did for us — thank you all so much!"

Just a short drive from Chicago Midway International Airport and the beautiful downtown Chicago lakefront, with all the amenities of home. Parking, kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, Air/Heat, Smart TV. Free WIFI. Central location in safe and quiet neighborhood: Nearby amenities include restaurants and grocery, along with various parks, including a water park and forested trails of the Cook County Forest Preserves. 25 min ride to downtown Chicago. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house. Ring Doors and Parking Security Cameras.Security cameras on the premises! There are 3 Ring Cameras. "10 mins drive Chicago Midway airport, room facilities were bit old but still functional.
Close to restaurants and value for moeny.
If you have a next day flight and would like to find a relatively safe and clean budget hotel, then this one will do."

"The first night our temp would not go below 74-75 no matter where we set the thermostat. The next day we left for the day & evening. I told the staff about that and they said it would be fixed. We got back late at night to find it was g fixed, it was now warmer, and the hvac closet was wide open and would not close.. Housekeeping never came to our room. When I complained the next morning I was told the hvac system was designed to only turn on when there was movement in the room. I clarified, “so it doesn’t work when I’m sleeping in bed and not moving?” She said yes, that is the case. That is insane. Finally though after the 2nd day it miraculously got fixed and we got housekeeping."

"In the United States, the breakfast is very good, the room is clean, the indoor space is large, the parking is free, there is a shuttle bus to the airport, the airport then transfer to the subway, you can go to the city, very recommended
My family stayed at the Cambria Lupu Theatre Hotel in downtown Chicago for the other two days. I stepped on the landmine by mistake. The price was doubled. I didn’t even sweep the aunt. I didn’t have breakfast. Parking was expensive. The garbage would not be dumped.
This Hilton is obviously much better, the price is only half"

Generally, when traveling on business or travel, you will arrive at the hotel right away with your luggage, but occasionally you will encounter problems. Ctrip always solves the problems as soon as possible. I have to praise it. The service is really thoughtful!
