Best Burabay District Hotels

"The taxi took our group almost 3 hours from Astana city center to this very secluded hotel in Burabay National Park. The facilities are definitely world class and top notch. Security check was made for every car entering the compound. Next to the hotel was a ******. We arrived before 12 noon and none of the rooms are ready, although the hotel looked pretty empty. Not all staff could speak English well. We were pleasantly surprised that the bell boy had a better command of English than the front desk staff. Situated next to the lake, we enjoyed the bicycle ride around the vicinity. Bike rental was available for 1000KZT per hour at the Entertainment Center. Communication wasn't a problem as we had Google Translate (English - Russian). The staff was very nice and showed us the bike track where we could cycle around the lake. We had a great time. The hotel's adventure organizer, Mirana, helped us to arrange a private group tour around the Burabay area and gave us a trekking hike to one of the tallest point in the area where we had a bird's eye view of the lake. Food was good at the hotel. Breakfast was included and the spread was good. Hotel can help to arrange private transport back to Astana. It was a great experience for the group."

"Amazing hotel! It is located in the famous Northern Kazakhstan resort area - Borovoye (Burabay) - right at the lake shore. It has its own beach area with all the facilities for the water sports and activities - paddling boards, boats, aqua park. The hotel facilities also catch guests imagination - two swimming pools (warm pool outdoor and indoor pool), three saunas (hammam, Russian and Finnish) - outdoor rope park and climbing wall. Hotel park is an amusing place for a walk - gorgeous vegetations, fountains, benches, arbours. Sport centre offers a wide selection of the equipment for a relaxing travelling around - Scandinavian walking sticks, bicycles, scooters, quadricycle (most for free). Rooms are very nice and cozy and the staff is super welcoming and helpful. Very good restaurants with a wide selection of the national and international cuisine. Definitely come back there again and not for once!"

"There are many Russians inside, the room is not big, the sparrow is small and complete. In the peak season, there are not many choices, many people have booked a month in advance. So early booking is still necessary"

"Хороший отель за свои деньги. Приветливый персонал. Завтрак дают сами, но его достаточно. В остальное время можно пользоваться кухней, посудой и холодильником самостоятельно. На территории 3 беседки с мангалом, можно пользоваться без ограничений. Расположение хорошее, минут 7 пешком от центра. В соседнем доме магазин, работает до 23, в нем можно приобрести все необходимое. От воды до маринованного мяса и алкоголя. Все понравилось"
