"Everything ok except for the receptionist/staff. Not friendly, need to call many times to request for iron. Managed to get but iron functioning not good😅1st day check-in, request extra bed/towel but nothing left at all, need to wait for the next day. Santika Padang much better as compared to BktTinggi."

"A simple hostel which gives a friendly and warm atmosphere as it is run by a family. Exceptionally clean, cheap, good WiFi connection, stylish ambience as u can see how nicely meticulous it is decorated by the owner Ling, who is very approachable, whom you can have a good chat with as a friend. I stayed in the capsule dorm and it is comfortable with good quality facilities, every guest should experience it, very reasonable price 130000 rupiah per night with really sumptuous breakfast."

"Cuma sedikit dikasih masukan untuk victoria cafe yg join di aplikasi tdk ngecek baik2 siapa yg menginap, kejadian ini sudah ke dua kalinya sy alami, sy nginap sini dari baru buka smpai tahun 2023 suka nginap disini krn kenyamanan, tp yg buat sy g nyaman pelayanan pesanan lwt aplikasi kmr yg sy pesan sdh ada org lain yg mesan itupun lwt bookingan lgsg ke villa victoria kafe dan klu sempat sy tdk mendapatkan kamar sy sangat2 dirugikan pihak villa, sebab sy bayar full di aplikasi, voucher terbit dan nama yg nginap tdk ada di list, ternyata setelah di cek sy secara tdk sengaja menemukan nama pesanan sy ada dlm email, tentu sy g terima dong ya, krn dlu jg gitu uang sy dikembalikan krn double pesanan aplikasi dan bookingan lgsg, dan kejadian lg des 2023 bookingan sy tdk ada solusi awalnya dan refund uangpun dr pihak villa tdk ada, krn sy liat ada nama pesanan sy lgsg sy blg itu ada, barulah karyawan villa tdk bs mengelak, tlg dicek berkala y pihak manager villa victoria kafe lain kali mohon teliti agar tdk ada kerugian utk pemesanan selanjutnya, villa strategis pelayanan jg hrs bagus rattingnya 👌, pelayanan karyawan bgs, cm kurang teliti"

Hotel room is clean except the amenities in room some has worn out like the ceiling lamp broken and shower handle unable to use. Overall, good short stay."

PPaulaThe hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the centre and there are shops around. The room is located on the lower floor of a house so it has kitchen, two bathrooms, living room and dining room. The room is two big beds. There are mosquitoes. The hotel has a very good location and is very comfortable.

AAlvinHotel has changed name to Monopoli Inn but still reflected as Paviliun in many sites.
Hotel is in a aging building which needs much renovation. Can be musky when weather is extremely wet. Breakfast is at adjacent Monopoli Hotel.
Location is right at centre of town. Heritage building has good photo opportunities, at the inn and the adjacent hotel.

GGuest UserVery strategic place as it is super near to Jam Gadang, only couple of minutes walking distance. The staffs are nice and friendly and super helpful. Theres only 1 small lift, and it is taking forever on the lift waiting as the limit is only 5 person to be in the lift. May need to improve on the pest control as theres an incident when my nephew had a cockroach resting on his shirt (out of nowhere) while he was walking. May also need to consider the room’s air freshener (they are using coffee smell type?)

NNurma WulansariA bit disappointed, Booking 2 rooms on the trip app but once checking in the customer service information that the room booked was empty and offered another room with an additional cost of 100 million, we could refuse but because it was already night and we were reluctant to agree.
Gusthouse is new so it is still clean but the facilities are not complete like TV.
