"This place actually is so romantic and feels like Europe, but the inside room needs to be improved, first feel alot of sand at floor, second toothpaste and toothbrush did not provide and also shower 🚿 carpet towel did not provide too. The counter service is perfect but maybe the room cleaner did not clean well and also did not check . Lucky service is good, we had call after shower and they provided us toothpaste and towel too. At the Entertainment fireshow, last minute two of the people did not appear and the staff still provided his energy and let me feel good 💯 best fireshow . Even the oldest design ,service, and breakfast all do a good job. I hope to enjoy a 3-day 2night if I have time to come here. Activity @Colmar look at my last image. "We booked this hotel for a one night staycation with our friends. While we were there, we saw 2 weddings and a Company having their annual dinner. The enviroment is clean, secure and very refreshing , surrounded by many trees. We had super nice rooms and since it was our anniversary, The Chateau decorated our bed with a pair of towel swans , very beautifully folded. The rooms are big and very comfortable. Service at the hotel was excellent everywhere we went. They even have free yoga sessions where we all participated and had a good time stretching and laughing at ourselves. Food at the Restaurant, next to the pool was nice with hearty portions. Overall, the stay was wonderful. We will definitely return for another stay, perhaps longer. Just be sure to keep your windows and doors closed at all times as some friendly monkeys are roaming about."

"Room is big but is not well maintained.. Quite a lot of plug are not functioning. Air-corn’s compressor sound very loud. Hope this problem can be fix then will be perfect. Staffs are polite and helpful. Breakfast are good too. We like the environment there. Very relaxing. "

"The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. There is a nice gym room and swimming pool which you can enjoy the view. There is 2 restaurant with walking distance which you can settle your dinner and breakfast. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. I would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay!"

"NOT recommend to book here. Location wise is not so strategic, 10KM away from Genting Sempah, 10KM away from Bentong town, road to both town is SUPER bad due to ECRL, and SUPER dark and dangerous at night. For customer service, i requested TWICE for TOWEL (Even promose to pay), house keeping doesnt respond at all, totall ignore me. WIFI at ROOM is TOTALLY DOWN, mobile network is TOTALL DOWN too. Room cleanliness is ok. Facilities is ok. Breakfast is included. Hot Spring Pool not bad."
