The hotel facilities are relatively old, the furniture in the room is too dark, it's frightening, and it's depressing to walk into the room. The location of the hotel is relatively remote, 5 kilometers away from the shopping mall, which is inconvenient.

Good side: 1) Strategic location for food and meeting customers near Bukit Mertajam. 2) Price lower than Citadines (same building) 3) Got washing machine. Neutral side: Self check in Bad side: 1) Found fire ants (got bitten and caused bad inflammation) every days. 2) Reported the fire ants but nothing was don't for 2 days (stayed 5D4N) till I ask for solution. 3) Service is bad, didn't even apologise after I tell them the problem and also reminded them that they didn't 'courtesily apologise'. 4) The gym is just an old gym rack which is spoilt and few treadmill. Conclusion, won't go again unless they change their behaviour.

Good stay. The money you pay is worth. Very friendly reception. Hv coway machine on each floor. The place is easy to find and surrounded by restaurants.

First time lodged in the hotel. Surprised that the room is not small compared to other budget hotel at the similar price. Room was big, clean and staff was friendly. Aircond is of bigger size and works perfectly for me. Excellence budget hotel for business travellers that aim for clean, cheap, friendly and nice location!

Convenient to get food with food court and many restaurants nearby. Customer service was terrible. Guest's flight was cancelled by airline due to bad weather, but room rate was charged to credit card even the proof from airline has been given and informed to hotel before check-in date. The charging happened few days after the cancellation. Walked-in to the hotel wanted to discuss about the issue but the front counter staff kept me waiting for half an hour without able to meet with the management staff in the end. I was asked to Whatsapp to the management staff but no proper reply was received as well. Calls and negotiations made with both Trip.com and hotel side but end up with the disappointing answer of ”we can't do anything”. A very very bad experience indeed.

This is my fourth time im here ! Before this i stay at studio room, this time i stay at 2 bedroom, spacious room and clean room! I love so much stay here. staff friendly, all complete amenities.

The whole is clean and the waiter is friendly. But the toilet is not separated from wet and dry, and some rooms are allowed to smoke, so there is some smoke. There is a food court nearby, and there is a stall of chicken rice that is delicious.

Just nice,small room but the interior design, cleanliness, tidiness is good. Location is easy to find, near to main road. Strategic, ang provide for free parking too.

You will be surprised with the deco in the villa. A lot of plant and nice deco in the villa itself just like enter a theme hotel. Room is clean and nice for the short trip in BM. A villa that worth to try which you will want to extend your stay here
