"Traveling to DC with our family of four. This was a halfway point for us and allowed us to visit the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame! The staff was fantastic! The woman checking us in was very professional and made us feel welcome. As kids will do, they forgot their toothbrushes, but the gentleman at the front desk was able to provide some for us. Checkin/check out was super easy and fast!"

Run by Indian so if you are Indian you feel at home when a person at reception speaks in Hindi and the driver that goes to take you at airport speaks in your native language. Very near to airport and away from downtown, so good for a rest before long flight."

"Reasonable price, helpful front desk, room is good only issue is that it got quite hot with heater and the door key had issues because the swipe pad thing on door was outdated, but there were very helpful and other rooms were fine from what i could see. I would return here again."

"The front desk person was more concerned with what was happening on her cell phone then waiting on me as her custom. Checked in and went to my room and then came back and found my form that I had signed just laying out on the desk. She had gone outside to use her phone several times so when I called the front desk no one wasn't answering. I needed to return my car to the rental carental car before the evening was over so I did not have to do it in the morning.. I try to find the return and and got lost. She didn't even know where I was she couldn't leave me back to the hotel. It turns out that the shuttle driver finally suggested that she'd take me and I follow her. That worked out well. My concern is that had I had an issue with help or anything and called the front desk there would be no one there to answer the phone. And literally had to go outside to find her once I realized what she was doing. I came into the front lobby and there was no one there. The next morning the night auditor was very kind to kind to make sure that the shuttle driver got there on time so I would not be late for my ride to the airport. There seems to be a little confusion as About the consistency of employee service giving to the customer. I'm not sure I would have that many family members working in the same facility. "

"It was a little difficult to find. Its located in a very nice neighborhood, very clean and pleasant looking. The hotel itself looks older. Painted over lots of times. I reserved a smoking room with a queen bed because i only needed an overnight stay. Its a small room, with tv, ac unit, and a bathroom and shower stall. The room said it included breakfast, which was an absolute bonus as that meant one less thing to stop for. I was notified the following morning that breakfast was not being offered vecause 'of covid' and they hadn't offered breakfast in 2 years. In the breakfast room there were numerous rolls of what looked like old carpet. I was not made aware of this when checking in. The sheets were stained, as were bits of the carpet in the room. There was also no garbage can in the room - which is more of a convenience thing I suppose, and no refrigerator or microwave (I was not expecting these amenities, but I was hopeful). The room included some towels and toiletries along with a hairdryer which I did not use. I think this is canon for ”you get what you pay for”. "
