"Large room, has sofa & open concept kitchen with microwave, fridge, oven, stove , plates, pan etc. It had a washing machine (and laundry liquid provided) & also a clothes dryer which was really convenient. Location is really good, right in the city centre, near many restaurants, shops, supermarkets. No breakfast buffet , it was a takeaway breakfast box (with a small croissant, orange drink, apple). Breakfast is not recommended - buy food outside which is more convenient & tastes better."

"Location is quite convenient as it is close to Queen Plaza, Queen Street Mall, and the bus station. The staff is friendly and supportive. Check-in and check-out are fast and efficient. Room clean up is very sloppy, such as putting the public towel over mine. Despite the twin bed room size being adequate, only one chair is provided."

"The hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious and cozy, and the location was fantastic for dining, shopping, and getting around. It was surprisingly quiet with virtually no noise, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. Unfortunately, the price for the second night increased significantly, forcing me to switch hotels. Despite that, I would absolutely consider staying here again!"

"This serviced apartment is fully equipped and boasts a central location. An Avis car rental is conveniently located downstairs, and parking spaces can be booked, making it ideal for those traveling by car. A key feature is that rooms are cleaned once a week, with daily upkeep being the guest's responsibility. Despite this, the room was impeccably clean upon my arrival. High floors offer stunning city views, though the blue tint on the windows regrettably causes photos to be slightly color-distorted. The Sichuan restaurant downstairs is also quite good."

"Nestled in Kangaroo Point, this hotel offers a prime location with breathtaking views of the Brisbane River and city skyline. It’s just a short walk to attractions like South Bank Parklands and Story Bridge, and the free City Hopper ferry makes exploring downtown effortless. The room is large, with private balconies showcasing river or city views. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, with pillow menus for added luxury. "The suite is large and comfortable, well-equipped and the environment is great. We arrived at around 7 o'clock in the morning, and the front desk enthusiastically allowed us to go to the changing room of the exquisite gym (semi-outdoor) to wash up. We stayed in the direction where we can see the stadium, but unfortunately there are no photos of the room and balcony. Nice hotel"

GGuest UserThe hotel is within 10-15 minutes walk to the CBD area, and 6 minutes walk to the Woolworths supermarket, which we found very convenient. The car parking cost $25 per night with limited in and out, for close to CBD I think that’s quite a reasonable pricing. We stayed for 5 nights and extended our stay for another 2 nights there after, the only time they did not clean the room is on Sunday cuz we woke up too late and the cleaning service already went home. Other than that they always keep our room very clean, which we really appreciate. I am a big tea drinker and they always refill my tea :) we love the complimentary buffet style breakfast (western style with fruits, yogurt, toast, croissants, muffins, eggs, sausages, and bacon, coffee, tea, cereals) although we always miss it because they open at 7 am on weekends and 6:30 am on weekdays and we have to leave around 6:40 am most of our stay except the last 3 days. However I love their service, the hotel manager, Dilansh is amazing, during my stay the washing machine and dryer were both under maintenance and she were able to point out where I can do my laundry (10 mins walk) and she were able to refund my future stay because I decided to find another place with the laundry service. Everyone very helpful including the restaurant staff who gave me a take away box for us to take the fruit for breakfast even when it wasn’t 7am yet. I am very grateful for that. The TV in the hotel support chrome cast so you can watch anything from your phone in the big screen. They have a small fitness room and laundry room.

AAnonymous UserThe room rate is cheap. I booked a cheaper hotel because I had to get up early to catch the flight. The only drawback was that I was given a disabled room on the lower floor. I had to get up early the next day so I didn't ask for a room change. The floor was high and I could smell the fumes from the restaurant downstairs. I recommend booking a room on a higher floor.

GGuest UserOverall is good, as what you will expect based on what you booked. However, message respond from the unit/property was slow, which we hope can be improved. The bed is a queen-sized bed, and not a king-sized bed as shown in the photo when we booked. I think we stayed for 2 or 3 nights before we moved to a new unit. We appreciated the front desk staff allowed us to change to another unit with king sized bed. During our 8 night stays, unfortunately there was once all 3 units of elevators was down at night, and my poor husband couldn't wait for repair and had to climb up to 22nd floor. However, the problem was rectified soon. One terrified thing happened around 2 to 3am one night, we were awakened by a loud alarm in our unit. We didn't know what to do and called up the in-house security number listed, what shocked us was the answer given by the man who answered the call. When we asked what's happening and do we need to go down, what the man answered is ”Up to you”. We were puzzled! Not long after that, the alarm changed from beep sound to voice telling ”Emergency, Evacuate Now”, repetitively. When we went down, many people, some in their pajamas were already outside the building. Fire brigades arrived shortly, and thank God, it turn out to be a false fire alarm. The next day, there was no any message from the management about what happened.

11PresentWandererSecurity and the admin were very strict on who could come into your room during the day, (night I can understand). Had friends who came to visit while in the city early afternoon and they weren’t allowed in unless they were listed as guests on the room, with a number limited based on your room size. Had to leave the apartment and find somewhere else to catch up with them. Otherwise rooms were well presented with great views, and super convenient location.

PPippa-louisePlace is amazing clean , fresh and of high standard . But when it comes to booking and service this is another story .. for the money I paid to stay 2 night I thought this would be the perfect place to rest I’m 5 star style .. place yes , service a disaster. Firstly when I arrived at Swiss bel .. I went to reception to book in as I booked online a queen bed room he asked if I had a vehicle I said yes agreed to the $35 a night and he said he would just take it out of the bond I paid at end if that was ok I said yes perfect .. when I got up to my room it was 2 single I called reception and advised I had booked a queen bed and there is 2 singles he said oh the house keeper hadn’t changed the beds or didn’t look at booking , I asked if someone could just come up and fix .. he said there is noone to do this now come down and j will find another room for you . I went down stairs said I would go get something to eat and when I come back hopefully a room will be sorted. I came back he advised me that he had upgraded me and I asked if I could have the new key and I will switch rooms and come back down with the other key to save me bringing my luggage down and then back up again. I got to room and key didn’t work to go to 6th floor . So I brought my luggage down and told reception that key didn’t work . He said sometimes this happens with those keys /actually quite often said he would come up with me and check . Yes card did not work so he used his staff card to let me in said he would fix and come back . He came back 10mins later to test and it had been foxed . Not sure what the upgrade as as room was smaller than the first , had no shower gel (was empty container when I went into have a shower) thought it may have been replenished on next day with room Clean still empty on second day and cleaner took face washers and never replaced them so I washed with shampoo and a hand towel .. when I came back on second day went to put card into open the car park and it didn’t work .. I went to reception to let them know I was trying to get into car park and the card doesn’t work, she (Asian lady) advised me that I hadn’t paid for parking .. I had to explain everything from the night before then asked me they will take it out of my bind I said yes that’s what I agreed with the night before . No apology just more interested in getting payment for parking. She added parking to Card then said she would come out and make sure it worked as I said the night before man had to come And make sure carry worked she forgot card for The card so Went back into get then came out .. followed me down then gave me a card .. I later received a phone call from a lady called Theresa asking how my stay was and I explain that it has been the most disappointing experience I have had ever ! Explained the above she said she would come and replace the shower gel and face washers I said it’s ok I have already had my shower used a hand towel and shampoo because I’m already in bed .. she said that I hope that my stay apologetic on my experience already , I hope it is better from now and if I need anything to contact her and ask for Theresa I said thank you I appreciated the call … then then 10 Minutes later she comes knocking on my door I have to get dress to answer the door she knocks again I said I’m coming She is at the door with the shower gel and face washers getting me out of bed . I understand why she brought it but I told her I was in bed and I had already showered . So then I go to hand my key in to check out to be told I have outstanding parking I need to pay .. I advised Theresa that it is coming out of the bond payed and this has been told now to 3 people .. as I said place is absolutely fantastic.. apart from missing shower gel and tissues Not sure what or how I was uograded as the room was smaller and no window as in first room 506 to 606
