"A really well run hostel with great customer service and handy luggage storage.
Despite some minor issues (key card initially not working, online ordering to the bar not showing up), the staff seemed very attentive and handled these problems really well.
I booked a double room to stay in for one night, and the room itself was very spacious with a good shower, only issues were the bed (had a very solid/firm mattress) and some nitpicky cleanliness issues, but for the price I paid and the distance between the hostel and the best bits of Brighton, it honestly did not bother me much.
If you are looking for a cheap and easy place to stay with great service and value, this place is great!"
"Nice hotel in good location next to the Brighton Dome and short walk to The Lanes and the seafront.
Our initial room wasn't great - v.small and some electrical issues and nowhere to work from with a laptop - the hotel was fully booked but the management kindly offered us an upgrade to the suite at a preferred rate which was gratefully accepted and went the extra mile to install a desk and chair which made things so much easier on our 5 night stay.
Great coffee shop on the premises is a bonus.
I get the feeling they were short staffed on the cleaning front, which i won't complain about as it seems to be a common problem across the UK.
Overall a good comfortable stay and the suite was a good size with round bed, bath and walk in shower. A panoramic view provides plenty of light into the room. nice.
Thank you "

"The location was amazing! we were right in the middle of the action and everything was very convenient. check-in was great, the gentlemen at the from that helped us check in Callum was super polite and very helpful. The staff at the breakfast was fantastic, my girlfriend's a vegan and they made her fresh vegan sausages at no extra cost! The room was clean and very nice, although it would be great to have some complimentary things like bottles of water or toothbrush/paste nevertheless it was an amazing stay!
also the check out was super easy and hassle-free we just dropped off our room card in a box, super convenient especially if you're on a tight schedule."

Great
BBebelianaFamily Suite is fantastic. Big room, very comfortable bed with one sofa bed already set up. We are lucky to have a corner room with five full windows which three of them are directly facing to the ocean.
Breakfast is nice with sufficient choice of food and beverages. Check in & out is efficient! Only minor thing is that the shower holder is a bit loose so can’t hold the shower head. But the location is the best and there are plenty of sightseeing points, activities and nice restaurants are just within walking distance. This hotel is just located opposite to the i360 tower. Upside down house, Long Beach and also 5 minutes walk to the arcade The Pier!! We will definitely come back for our next visit to Brighton!!
WWanderlust91I have stayed in the Leonardo Hotels chain in various cities in England. Brighton, in particular, is located just opposite the train station, which is easy to access for travel and parking.
However, the cleanliness of the room was not up to par. There were stains on the carpet, mould on the toilet sinks, and a dirty tub with mould and limescale.
There was no toothpaste/toothbrush provided. No room slippers.
Most of the Leonardo chains I have stayed at have better standards. So I was surprised.
GGuest UserThe kings Hotel was in a good location on the seafront. Parking could cause you some issues on arrival as hotel parking spaces are limited and also cones at an additional cost. Room 507 was very clean comfortable nice & quiet - however not really a issue the TV was not tuned you would have expected just to turn it on with a choice of channels to select - even going through the TV settings there was no digital signal to be able to tune the TV in🤔
All the staff were very receptive informative and made our stay a pleasant experience from checking in / out / breakfast service - Thank You👍

IIsabelWe had a great experience at this hotel! The welcome cookie was delicious and just what we needed after a long drive down from London. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they surprised us with some towel art and cake! The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet had great variety and a beautiful view.
Only comments would be the lack of complementary water and mini-fridge the room. The AC took a while to become cold, but it got there eventually.
Overall, we had a great trip and don’t regret picking this hotel!
AAJ MamarilPros: This hotel is a stone throw away from the beach and commercial areas. Clean rooms and facility. I like the spa facility because they have gym, pool, steam room, and sauna. It’s very relaxing. Our breakfast is the highlight of our stay. Lots of food choices with a view of the beach and Brighton pier. Staff are friendly and accomodating. I like the online checkout, it’s a time saver.
Cons: I am disappointed because I booked a superior room with sea view but they gave me a partial sea view instead. Didn’t bother to ask because I was very exhausted after a long trip. Our bathroom has a rusty shower head and bath drainage. Didn’t managed to go to the sauna because it’s jampacked.
Overall, good experience.

Llann94High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.
GGuest UserThe room was not large, but it felt modern and clean, just like the picture! The location was good, but it was disappointing for a place where 4 people went and paid 80,000 won per person. There was no elevator and the bathroom was shared... ㅠ But I think that date was a bit expensive. I looked up other dates and it was just a little cheaper. I would have been 99% satisfied! The bathroom was clean, but there was no shampoo. They gave us one towel each.
GGuest UserEasy to book via Trip.com, reasonable price for room with ensuite in great location. I liked the decor and the bathroom. Lovely clean fluffy white towels, good wifi, password clearly indicated, useful blackout blind, HOWEVER, the lights were falling out of the ceiling, bedside lamps were sort of attached to the wall, very wobbly and dusty and the bed was cobbled together from two mismatched divans so that there was a downhill slope towards the head end of several inches. I have never seen anything like it. I slept for an hour or two using the pillows to prop me up, but still woke with all the blood gone to my head so I had to sleep upside down on top of the bed. A bed to sleep in is THE basic requirement for a hotel room, so really guys, install an actual bed!!!!!!
