The environment is excellent, and the hygiene is spotless. The service is also very attentive. Highly recommended!

**Hotel shuttle service to and from Universal Studios:** Great! The timing was appropriate, and the speed was good.
**Late check-out until 2:00 PM (subject to availability):** Very good.
**Facilities:** Brand new.

The hygiene is always exceptionally clean, and the service is consistently excellent. Plus, the transportation is very convenient, making for a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is clean and tidy as a whole, the location is very convenient, near the subway entrance, and very close to the commercial street. The staff is patient and meticulous. Very good accommodation experience.

The smart home room I stayed in has a Xiaodu voice speaker, which can check the weather, play music, etc.
The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is also the breakfast area, with a self-service beverage cabinet. The prices of different beverages are different, and you can actively communicate with the staff to understand.
The breakfast is particularly good, sweeping away the haze of queuing for several days. Eat and drink well, especially the white rice porridge and pickles, I like it very much!

Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and proactively told me about places to eat and things to do nearby, which was even more helpful than Xiaohongshu guides. The cleanliness was great. It was a good experience with high value for money. I would still choose the Vyluk brand next time.

The hotel is located near Guanyinqiao light rail station so is quite convenient to take public transport ! Though the hotel entrance is quite hard to find even if you got to the right building! Must head to the back towards the carpark and it was slightly up and down slopes. The room is lovely and have all the necessary amenities . The receptionists are helpful and attentive but the male service staff smokes in the reception lobby. The cleaning stuff left abrasive cleaning product in my room and also dropped breach on my own face towel which was quite unprofessional . The receptionist was apologetic and went out to buy me another one. 
The breakfast included in the room rate was actually very good and enjoyable so overall a decent value for money stay !

Hotel is located in a building with many other hotels, similiar to most hotel style in Chongqing. Room is big enough to arrange my luggage

This place is very convenient for parking, and the waiter's attitude is very patient and friendly. My friend and I tasted the special egg skin of Chengkou. The special bacon soup pot was very fragrant. The people in Chengkou were very warm and friendly. Happy. Come back next time.

My late-night flight arrived in Hangzhou, so I decided to stay nearby for a night. The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a shuttle, but I didn't want to wait, so I took a taxi for 14 yuan to the hotel. The taxi driver grumbled about it the whole way. The hotel is quite new, and check-in at the front desk was very efficient. The room was spacious and bright, with a wet/dry three-section bathroom separation. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and I didn't hear any airplane noise while sleeping at night. My takeout order was delivered to my door by a robot, which felt very secure. Breakfast was provided, and for a hotel at this price point, it was quite rich and frankly, impeccable. I wish the hotel great success, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

Yesterday, I was tired after playing and returned to the hotel. As soon as I opened the door, there was a box of cleaning tools on the sink. We didn’t care at the time. We called the front desk and put the tool box at the door for them to take. Later, we stayed up very late before washing up and lying on the bed. As a result, I lifted the quilt and found blood. I carefully checked if I had any wounds on my body. At most, I had some bruises on my legs, and I didn’t have my period. I don’t know where the blood came from😅😅I thought it was too late at three or four in the morning, so I didn’t call the front desk. As a result, I found that there was blood not only in the quilt, but also on the sheets and quilt covers😅😅😅How did you clean this place? I was too tired from playing the day before and went to bed without looking carefully. Don’t tell me that this blood was there on the day I arrived at the hotel...😅😅And the cleaning towels were not changed yesterday. The used ones were still on the sink. Hello? Where did you go in the middle of your busy work?
