Pool und die Anlagen in die Jahre gekommen… im Zimmer Holzverkleidung am Badezimmer aufgequollen, dennoch nettes Appartment - gemütlich. Sollte nur alle 7 Tage Reinignung und Handtücher geben … Danke für die Reinigung am Tag 2. Tür lässt sich manchmal von außen nicht öffnen…

Не было мыла, бесплатной воды, доп.туалетной бумаги. Душ очень силтно протекал, уборка должна проводиться самими гостями. В последнюю ночь соседи очень шумели и никто не вмешался, хотя в правилах сказано о том, что с 22:00 до 8:00 нельзя шуметь. 
Рядом хороший пляж, до больших супермаркетов и жд станции ~15 минут пешком, также недалеко остановка автобуса, который за 40 минут домчит вас до центра Барселоны.

The room is separated by a cabinet. The sea view is very beautiful, go out to the sea one step. Suitable for travel. Living is very comfortable and should come again. Four-star hotel, almost four-star standard.

You can enjoy the beautiful view of the countryside, the sea and the mountains.

Todo genial. Menos el check-in que hay que hacerlo en el hotel que está bastante lejos del apartamento y es un poco incomodo la verdad.

I've stayed in Sunway Apartments before and always been satisfied. This recent stay was a little disappointing. The apartment in Sunway Tara really needs a bath replaced as it's rusty and the heavy curtains need washing. Otherwise, nice apartments location and staff.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and it was very convenient for getting around. The surrounding area was also great. Although I didn't get to visit the water park inside, it looked really nice. The breakfast was good too. Definitely worth considering!

Staying here bcoz wanna bring my kids to Sunway Lagoon. It’s within walking distance, and everything is convenient which attached with Sunway Pyramid Mall.

As a4stars hotel, Sunway Lagoon Hotel offers variety range of breakfast, compared to others 4stars hotel. Breakfast is highly recommended.

Just got back from Sunway Resort and it was absolutely amazing! 🥳 The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of fruits, pastries, and both Western and Asian options – we were spoiled for choice every morning. 🍎🥐

The kids absolutely loved the children's pool with all its slides and water features; it was their personal paradise! 💦 The pool area is really well designed, allowing adults to relax nearby too.

The best part is the direct connection to the shopping mall. It's just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient! 🛍️🎬 It felt like everything was taken care of on this holiday. We'll definitely be back! 💯

The check in process is easy but takes quite sometimes because there's only line for check in that day and the crowd was quite busy as there's convocation day on weekend near PWTC I think..The room is great complete with amenities but my favourite is the spacious bathroom and showers is spacious and have assistance bar for elderly and OKU and there some space to sit as well for those in needs.Toilet still have water hose so Muslim friendly. The breakfast buffet is great but a bit crowded but still acceptable. There's varieties of food being served during buffet so a lot to choose from. Parking is flat rate Rm13. But during check out and driving out of the hotel there's a bit a system glitch or something that we ended up being stuck in a jam for a while and at the parking toll the hotel management have to check every guest room to give the flat rate for parking.Overalls, it's still a great experience to stay here and we're planning to come again sometimes 😀

We checked out on the day before Chinese New Year. With doctors particularly busy at this time, my mother, who is in her 80s, had an afternoon appointment at a nearby medical centre.
Fazraf and Kamarul graciously arranged a late check-out for us, which made a significant difference, allowing my unwell mother to rest comfortably before her appointment.
The hotel is modern with excellent facilities, and its location is extremely convenient—right next to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping effortless.
We sincerely appreciate their thoughtful assistance and warm hospitality, and we very much look forward to returning.
