We stayed at Radisson Blu from September 20-21, and our experience was nothing short of positive. We were especially touched that on my birthday, the staff not only congratulated me but also treated me to a cake—such a personalized touch immediately set a festive mood.

I'd also like to specifically mention the hotel's generosity: our standard room was upgraded to a premium class without any additional charge. The room turned out to be spacious and very stylish—it was a pleasure to return to after exploring the city.

The hotel's hammam is simply a gem: it's the perfect place to relax after a busy day. And thanks to a 10% discount at the Fire Lake restaurant, dinner was not only delicious but also a great value.

The service was excellent: the staff were attentive, friendly, and responded to requests promptly. Overall, our stay left us with the warmest memories—we will definitely be back.

If you're flying into Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport and planning to explore the city, this hotel's location is perfect. It's right by Belorussky Station, where the Aeroexpress train connects the airport to the city center. The hotel facilities are great, and the front desk staff, especially one gentleman, was incredibly nice. He upgraded my room and told me that a late check-out the next day wouldn't be an issue, as long as I let him know in advance. I really appreciated his warmth and helpfulness.

The hotel is new with a rich breakfast spread. There's a small park nearby for walks, making it a great choice for business trips.

I stayed at the Radisson for 2 nights during my trip to Phu Quoc! At first, I kind of regretted not booking somewhere else, but once I experienced it, I loved it! The room condition was great, the breakfast wasn't bad, and the best part was the free resort buggy, which made it super easy to go back and forth to Grand World whenever I wanted. The staff were friendly, and although the gym was a bit far from the hotel, they gave me a buggy ride so I could get there and back comfortably. The hotel grounds are spacious with pretty walking paths, and the private beach was nice and quiet too!

The location was excellent, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The spacious lobby immediately created a relaxed atmosphere upon arrival.

The rooftop bar was particularly memorable. Enjoying delicious craft beer with a great view made for a wonderful time.

All the hotel staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile, which made our stay very pleasant. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.
