Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms, stunning view from the window, and a comfortable bed. The only downside was the lack of a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste kit.

Free access to the spa and gym:

The accommodation offers an excellent living experience, making for a truly comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with everything well-organized. The air inside was fresh, with no unpleasant odors, making daily living exceptionally comfortable. The environment is quiet and serene, far from the hustle and bustle, creating a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. The natural light and ventilation are excellent, enhancing the overall living experience.

The location is superb, with extremely convenient transportation options, making it easy to hail a taxi or take public transport. The neighborhood amenities are mature and complete, with a dense concentration of various restaurants offering everything from specialty dishes to home-style meals. You can easily sort out all three meals just by going downstairs, making dining incredibly convenient. Daily life here is worry-free and enjoyable, making it perfect for both short-term stays and long-term residency. Overall, it offers great value for money and an exceptional living experience.

The hotel is new with a rich breakfast spread. There's a small park nearby for walks, making it a great choice for business trips.

For our three nights in Phu Quoc, we chose to stay on the North Island. After looking at several hotels, we settled on this one. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service, which you can book in advance for airport pick-up, though there are specific pick-up times, and it's a large bus. The hotel has its own beach, a pool, and even a small amusement park. Our kids spent every day in the pool and at the beach, making these the most relaxing days of our Vietnam trip. The environment is excellent, and the service is on point. The twin room was very spacious. One thing to note is that there's an extra charge for children over 12, which we had to pay at the front desk upon arrival. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

I chose this hotel for my trip to the local area, and my stay completely exceeded my expectations. The experience was fantastic, and I simply have to give it a glowing review:

**Unbeatable Views, a Picture-Perfect Scene from Your Window**

The hotel's location is absolutely incredible! We booked a high-floor room, and the moment I opened the French windows, I was stunned by the view. On a clear day, you can see the overlapping mountain ranges in the distance, and the entire city unfolds across the slopes below. With the blue sky accentuating the warm-toned buildings, you can stand by the window and effortlessly capture stunning, unedited photos. As evening approaches, the orange-red sunset paints the skyline, bathing the entire landscape in a gentle, warm gold. Sitting by the window, watching the sunset, even the fatigue from my journey slowly dissipated. After dark, as the city lights began to twinkle, looking down at the flowing car lights and scattered household lamps, the romance factor was off the charts. This view truly stays with you long after you've left.

**Thoughtful and Attentive Service, Warmth in Every Detail**

From the moment we walked in, we could feel the hotel's dedication; there was absolutely no perfunctory sense of detachment. When checking in, the staff at the front desk were not only efficient but also proactively helped us with our luggage to the elevator. They thoughtfully informed us about the rooftop bar's operating hours and even recommended several local eateries and hidden gems that locals frequent, explaining the routes clearly, saving us a lot of planning time. During our stay, we casually mentioned wanting a few extra soft pillows, and a staff member brought them up in less than ten minutes, always with a warm smile. Any issues we had were promptly addressed by the front desk. They weren't overly enthusiastic or intrusive, yet they were immediately available when needed. This comfortable sense of personal space was truly appealing, making our stay incredibly secure and relaxing.

**Rooftop Bar with an Amazing Ambiance, an Absolute Hidden Gem**

I must specifically praise the rooftop bar—it's absolutely one of this hotel's treasured highlights! We initially just planned to go up for a quick look after dinner, but once we were there, we couldn't bring ourselves to leave. The bar's decor has a relaxed, laid-back vibe, and the lighting is perfectly set—not so dim as to feel oppressive, nor so bright as to ruin the romantic atmosphere. There's ample space between tables, providing plenty of privacy whether you're on a date or having a casual get-together with friends. As night falls, with the breeze on the rooftop, watching the city lights flicker below, and listening to the soft music playing, you can order a couple of cocktails and chat slowly, allowing yourself to completely unwind. All your stress just melts away. The bar's service is also wonderfully discreet; orders are taken and delivered efficiently, and the staff don't hover or interrupt your conversations. This perfectly balanced sense of ease is truly rare, and we stayed until almost closing time, still feeling reluctant to leave.

Overall, during my stay, I couldn't find a single thing to be dissatisfied with, whether it was the views, the service, or the amenities. It completely surpassed my expectations for this visit. The next time I visit this city, I'll definitely book this hotel first. I've already recommended it to friends who are planning trips here. It's truly a treasure of a hotel that you'll want to return to after just one stay, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!
