I don't know why the hotel service staff didn't clean the hotel for a few days.

The breakfast at the hotel is very good, I like it very much, the variety is good, the taste is good. My room was found to have obvious stains on the bed at the night of check-in. Due to the late time, I can only deal with it sloppyly. Serve the little brother, and he said that he immediately handled all the room hygiene, which is very satisfactory.

There is a problem with the electronic lock in the room. The car can be parked in front of the hotel, but it is required to park in a very expensive underground garage. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

The room was spacious, and the mini-bar was complimentary.

The hotel breakfast was excellent, starting at 7 AM. There was a wide variety of options, including plenty of ham, olive oil, and diced tomatoes, allowing you to make your own Spanish ham sandwiches.

The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to and from Terminal 4 every half hour. You don't need to book in advance when going from the airport to the hotel; just wait at the bus stop. However, you do need to reserve your spot for the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. Be aware that tax refunds at Madrid Airport can be very slow, so if you have an early morning flight, I recommend allowing plenty of extra time (more than 3 hours).

The front desk staff, especially one woman, was very enthusiastic, and the shuttle driver who picked us up was also very kind. However, one very rude, heavy-set white male driver on the airport drop-off service was completely unhelpful. He not only didn't offer to assist passengers with their luggage, but when I asked for help because my bags were too heavy, he actually turned his back and walked away. He definitely heard my request, as he had just been speaking to me in English a moment before. I can't understand such a lack of empathy.

Good location, convenient travel, and good service attitude, the tip waiter we stayed in the room did not charge, the room was clean and warm, very good.

I had requested a few things and I got absolutely everything I wanted and even more than what I expected, I was on floor 5 and some may say it’s loud but I genuinely don’t think it was the doors block out all the music that goes on the rooftop pool. So I absolutely loved this floor for my room. I was a solo girl traveller and I felt super safe, all the staff are so polite even the life guard who helped me take a few pictures. The housekeeping was very polite  always stocked up the fridge with water and juice also keeping the room so clean I’ve never seen such clean hotel.  I honestly could not fault anything about the hotel it was just such an amazing experience and I will definitely be only going there for my future trips.

The soundproofing in the room is really poor. The view is nice though, right across from the sea.
