We had a wonderful stay at Leisure Inn Penny Royal Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Tasmania. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to assist.

The location is excellent—just a short walk to Cataract Gorge and close to the Launceston CBD, making it convenient to visit local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We also loved the unique historic charm of the property and the beautiful surroundings. (Leisure Inn Penny Royal)

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend Leisure Inn Penny Royal Hotel to anyone visiting Launceston. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

If you travel to blue mountains , this is super choice , whether taking train or drive by yourself . It’s only 100 min away from train station , very big apartment , quiet and nicely equipped kitchen also . Walking 200 m or so can find Woolworth and BWS. The balcony is also amazing . Would like to come back in future .

【Service】
They allowed me to check in early.
The staff were also very kind.
I was surprised to learn it was a Japanese-owned hotel.
【Room】
Considering the price, I think it was quite clean. There were no insects.
There was a refrigerator and various amenities.
【Overall】
Considering the price and everything else, it was very good.
