We very much enjoyed our stay.
Only have one remark and that is the missing seating facilities in the large lobby.
We are used to talk to our customers in the lobby while seating. Also looks more inviting when people sit and talk.

We had an amazing stay that genuinely surprised us. Given the reasonable pricing, our expectations were modest, but the hotel far exceeded them. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location was perfect for easily getting around. As a family with fussy eaters, we were particularly impressed by the diverse and thoughtful selection of food at both breakfast and dinner; there was truly something for everyone. We are already planning a return visit for a longer stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Thank you making our stay so memorable.

Great location, very convenient for Wanda Plaza, and the surrounding views are also lovely. Alice at the front desk was particularly friendly and welcoming. Her smile was sweet, and she noticed my baby had come downstairs without shoes, so she thoughtfully offered a pair of disposable slippers for children. Such a sweet and caring gesture! 🫰 Overall, our experience was comfortable.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved:
1) The lobby air conditioning was too warm 🥵. For an international 5-star hotel, this sort of hardware issue is quite unexpected and should be addressed.
2) Collecting food deliveries was quite inconvenient. I suggest implementing a system where robots can deliver food to guests' rooms, which would greatly enhance guest convenience and also help reduce elevator usage, as the hotel only has four elevators.
3) The extra bed fee of 233 RMB per night felt a bit too expensive 😂, especially when considering your overall room rates.

The hotel location and rooms are very good, but due to the peak Labor Day holiday, manpower was low, there was a lot of delivery trash at the elevator and outside the rooms that was not collected on time. Understandably that waimai is the top choice for most guests because only one restaurant in the hotel was open, perhaps putting a centralized trash bin per floor would be better and signs to educate guests where to throw them. That way pests can be avoided, rooms won’t have smell of food, and the hallways looks cleaner and organized.

Hotel is not bad, but during our stay, most of the common areas were quite cold. Also, water in the main pool was quite cold, as well as the air temperature, making it unpleasant. It is ok for pure swimming, but since it is a family hotel, temperature should be fine also for kids playing. Service in the Merket restaurant was quite poor, while in the Chinese restaurant the service was very good, as well as the food, much better than in the Market. Breakfast is good.
There is a small outside playground with animals. Some of the animals (the cow, the small rodents…) look a little bit suffering. 

If you don’t speak Chinese it is quite difficult to understand what kind of activities can be done (in the hotel or with hotel support), and nobody is proposing anything at first.

All in all, not thinking to come back.

The room was generally clean and came with breakfast, plus a kitchen with utensils. However, the Wi-Fi signal was extremely poor, really bad—needs improvement. Otherwise, everything was fine; getting around was pretty good, but traffic was terrible.

It was a memorable stay indeed.  The breakfast fast buffet was excellent and so do all the staff. Smooth check-in and check out.  Room was clean and especially the Galleria mall attached with the hotel has a supermarket where all the groceries can be found. Location is also good and is in the heart of dubai.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Check-in was smooth, and I was welcomed with genuine hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay.
The room was  spacious,and beautifully designed, with all the amenities thoughtfully provided for comfort and convenience. Housekeeping maintained it perfectly throughout my stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the staff’s eagerness to go above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Every interaction felt personal and caring, which made me feel valued as a guest.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, quality, and outstanding service. I look forward to returning on my next visit.

The whole apartment was huge with plenty of space for kids to run! The rooms were big too! We enjoyed our stay there! Bottles were provided in plenty upon everytime we request. Location is in a quiet area and have to take taxi to all the attraction but I would definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommended for big families.

The hotel was reasonably priced. While it's a bit out of the city center, having a subway station right downstairs made getting around incredibly convenient and hassle-free. It's situated in a new development, with a fantastic pedestrian street below offering a large shopping mall, a supermarket, and numerous dining options. The hotel itself is also quite new. We didn't have any special requests, so we didn't interact much with the service staff, but the front desk was efficient and friendly, making check-in quick. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Had a great stay at this hotel! Karen at the front desk gave such a warm welcome — she was friendly, helpful, and really made me feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe was relaxed and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!

Old hotel, good location, convenient for shopping nearby. The room facilities are a little old, but the exterior is OK. There is a Cantonese restaurant nearby, the taste is good, recommended.

The hotel has a very nice view if you book a sea view room. The room is spacious as compared to other hotels in London. The staff is helpful. The location is slightly far from the tube station though there is bus station nearby, it is slightly inconvenient to go to the city centre like Piccadilly Circus. It is overlooking the river Thames which has a nice view. You can go to have a walk along the river if it doesn’t rain.
