Staffs were very helpful and welcoming. 
However,  i was surprised the hotel allows guests to pack their purchase goods into boxes for delivery right outside my room along the corridor. There were a few people packing with their masking tapes at night until I had to confront them asking what time will they complete. It was until 10.00pm plus when the irritating masking tape sound stopped.
I thought the goods lying along the corridor were posing a fire hazard in terms of catching a fire as well as preventing a quick escape for the hotel guests.
I will avoid staying in Pratunam hotels in future. 
I was at their 2nd building on the 4th level. Pictures taken outside my room.

My second stay with Galleria 12 did not disappoint, re-booked the Slender Room this time around. Some additional things that I thought I should add apart from my first review:

1. Accessibility — I cannot emphasise how an accommodation’s proximity to a BTS Station being a “must” if you do not drive or ride. It’s ~8 minutes from leaving the hotel to Asok BTS!

2. Proximity to a Night Market — SW1 Market is right along Sukhumvit Road, where you’ll exit from Suk Chai Alley as you walk from the hotel. While prices can be a higher than normal street food stalls, they’re open until midnight so you’ll still be able to get your street food fix for supper. 

3. Emphasis on Guests’ Safety — It was during this stay with Galleria 12 that we had a faulty lift in Block B where my room was located. As I got onto the lift and was headed for the Ground Floor, it started to make weird mechanical noises. An alert housekeeping staff who was near the lift of a lower floor had pressed the lift and advised me to take the stairs until this (potential) issue could be resolved. Sure enough, the faulty lift was cordoned off shortly.

Would I stay here again? 100% for sure.

Great hotel and rooms are newly renovated but just be careful with the bed edges that may hit when wanna pass through from corner. Comfy bed and Housekeeping personel did a great job. Khun Thanyaporn, Nooma & the Receptionist on duty Sunday afternoon shift (cant get her name) were very helpful and friendly for all the request prior and upon checked-in as well as during the stay. Recommended hotel and will stay again when back to BKK. Welcome Fuji Apple was simple and nice 😊

I was very happy with my stay. The room was kept spotless thanks to the excellent housekeeping, and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. 

The hotel’s location on Sukhumvit 11 is perfect and makes getting around very easy🥰

Well this is a great little hotel tucked away at the end of Soi 13 SUKHUMVIT great location and just been renovated to a high quality and beds and pillows and showers very good smart TVs and great aircon ice cold I always stay here now when I’m out and about unbelievable price if you can get in there as it’s started to get busy staff are very friendly and professional always remember my name roof top pool that’s always quiet as well ..here’s some pictures

Good hotel not overly fancy but more affordable than others.
The pool is small but fine and the fitness room is good.
The breakfast is excellent superb quality and good choice.
I would recommend and stay again.
I stayed in king room suite.
Went to Sportsman bar soi 13 for roast dinner only 249 baht for lamb/ beef.

The staff provided excellent service and gave us great recommendations, especially the bellman who was very helpful and engaging throughout our stay. Thank you so much!💜 One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it’s pet-friendly, which we truly appreciated.😍

However, our overall experience wasn’t as impressive as expected. There were large groups of foreign tourists during our stay, and the rooms were not very well soundproofed. We could constantly hear loud noises from children running and playing along the corridor, which affected our comfort.

If possible, we would recommend improving the soundproofing in the rooms a bit more — it would really make the stay much more enjoyable.

Hotel at Quite good location nearer to walking street night life , restaurants, 7/11, massage shops

I stayed in the one bed room suite, the design for the room was good, maybe 20 years ago, everything is so old and dated.  I am ok with that because most of the hotels near the walking street are worse.  
When I woke up on the morning, I found an army of ants in my bed, the train goes from the top to the bottom of the bed.  I slept on a bunch of them.  I called the front desk and the lady came in with a bottle of RAID and start spraying down the bed, change the sheets and left.  Wow.  Then I start finding the ants on the curtains by the window, where my open luggage was on the stand.  Guess what now I have ants in my luggage.  This really made mad.  I complaint to the front desk, they literally just said We Are Sorry 3 times.  
I complaint to Trip, and Trip offered me 550 THB of compensation, which is about $18.  You've got to be kidding me right?

I had an excellent stay. the House keeper was very good and helpful.
Reception was helpful.
This is my second stay at the Nova, this room faced the rear of the building.
it quite then my previous room facing the front.

Sadly had three rooms due to some issues reguardless how clean they were and a smell coming from the bathroom, third room was ok and had a nice view over looking the sea and Scarborough harbour, pool and spa a nice touch and the staff were all friendly plenty of choice on the menu for food, just needs to address a few issues to make this worthy of it's 4 star rating and that to me should be considered luxury where as this felt more just above average but not luxury 3.5 / 5 location amazing staff amazing let down by the fire alarm going off which steam was to blame air vents were dirty this needs looking at, house keeping need to work more alongside maintenance to ensure issues are addressed. Safe in second room was broken but maintenance did sort this and were very friendly, reception and spa staff all excellent, can't comment on the food but had plenty of choice and had we not made plans we would of considered the curry night the hotel had on. Over all 3.5 / 5

Nice hotel room with a nice view. Only downside was the parking space was quite small. Finding parking was difficult. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much.
