"The room was probably just renovated, and all facilities were clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel is located in the city center and not far from tourist attractions, which is very convenient. There is a problem. We booked the same room type with a friend. Our room is on the first floor, and the windows are opposite to the windows of other guest rooms, which are very close. However, the room that my friend booked on another website was upgraded to a suite on the 4th floor. Are Ctrip users unwelcome?"

"I was quite upset that I purposely book harbour view but view was partially cover by building. And receptionist said there building don’t have full harbour view as inside trip picture. Because the room I chosen view totally block by two building . I was down grade my room to see partial view as receptionist suggested and no refundable. Trip should be alliance with hotel to ensure room is exactly what is this picture."

The hotel has a complimentary minibar (including red wine white wine two types of beer, soda and both still and sparkling Italian water in glass bottles). There is also a gym, a pool and even a sauna. Simply amazing. Room is a bit on the smaller side but okay for price paid"
