"We booked a junior suite for three nights. was told when checking in there was a ”technical issue”. We guess they have messed up and overbook. We were offered 20 euro per night for downgrading to a double room. However this offer was not even enough for the difference of the two room types. We have to help them to work out the correct difference amount and argue for more compensation. Very poor customer service."

"Service was okay, beds were clean and fresh, the rooftop terrace and its offerings (cocktail bar and grill bar in the evening) were excellent with a relaxing ambiance, and the breakfast was plentiful, wide-ranging, with something for everyone, and reasonably priced. I would recommend JOST anytime (I do personally)."

"Lovely little room not too far away from the centre of all things happening in the centre.tranaport links are really good and the public transport system itself is so efficient. The room has a small kitchen filled with essentials for cooking light meals - hob, microwave and kettle. Sink prepared with things to wash dishes too. Also delighted to find we had a drip stand coffee machine! The room is compact but absolutely everything you need. There is a huge gate at the front of the property which means it's really safe. Neighbourhood was ok but would be walking quickly if I was on my own, however I didn't feel the need to get a taxi once. Bathroom has a hairdryer! Lovely graffiti artwork around the property as well."

"Good location, very easy to commute to the rest of the town. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The only issue we faced was the air conditioning. Overall, a great stay!"

"The hotel is a very good location for the hotel. Error on the reservation due to the intermediate reservation platform used by trip.com and unfortunately we could not have the apartment desired despite our reservation... the residence did not want to arrange us or then it was necessary to add 90€... not cool... We haven't taken the breakfast because 15€ is rather cheap... Parking very practical but the residence makes surbooking and there is not enough places if you come back late in the evening. Attention à demander l'adresse du parking car tout est en sens unique et on ne peut pas le voir en passant devant la résidence."

"I enjoyed my stay in Bordeaux at this Appart Hotel. I walked there from the train station, it is not far but not close. At the beginning, I wasn't able to find it as it is off the main street, but once I know my way around, it's not bad! There are washers and dryers on-site and you can purchase tokens at the reception. I was told there is a sauna but I didn't have time to check it out. The lady at the reception is friendly, and there are candy bars and ready-to-microwave meals available for purchase. I would definitely come back to this hotel as the room has a microwave, fridge and pots, kitchenware for cooking a light meal. The room and bathroom are a bigger than most hotel bathrooms and bedrooms. The two photos are the nice view from my hotel room."

"Not bad, check in at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, at the beginning the room had a strange smell and the door could not be locked. After waiting for half an hour, the staff waited for half an hour and changed one. There was no strange smell and the hygiene was good. Considering that the front desk of an apartment hotel in France can still solve the problem during off hours, it is good. If you do not check in within the specified check-in time, you should contact the hotel to get the door code and the safe code for the key."

"The location is very good, close to the wine museum and a super large dining plaza. Not far from the hotel, there is a tram that leads to the city and is close to the Garonne River. The apartment is well managed and the rooms are comfortable. There is parking."

"The location of the hotel is excellent. There is a big market next to it with various snacks and nightlife. If you get up early, you should have fresh seafood. There is also a wine city where you can visit the winemaking process/taste different wines. The queen bed room we stayed in had a very high ceiling, and it was very comfortable to sleep in even if it was not a very large room. The first floor was as high as the second and third floors, and it was very quiet. The room was also very clean, the sheets were all changed, and the bathroom was very spacious. The public area was great, and it was not as flashy as other hotels. There was a puppy area, a photo booth, and especially a large terrace outside with sofas and lounge chairs, which was great. There was also a big screen to watch the game. You can eat and drink in the public area, and many guests chat here. The front desk service was very enthusiastic, and they spoke English very well, and the experience was great."

"Due to the time change, we need to stay one more day. Considering the previous experience and feedback, we finally decided to stay here. It is convenient for transportation and the airport (1.8 euros can be reached)."
