"A beautiful apartment 5 minutes from the beach 15 minutes walk from the city centre 5 minutes supermarket BIM with attractive prices. The hotel says is located in the height of the majority of the apartments in Bodrum. We have a pleasant stay. Thanks to the staff who are reactive and helpful."

"I was very satisfied with the hotel.Location is good ( near Myndos Gate) .There is no “Sea View” but all the remarkable places are still in a walking distance! Food in restaurant is delicious and a little bit more expensive than in Bodrum common places!Service is good as well .A huge advantage of the hotel : Free of charge - SPA zone . Everything is included except massage & relax programs ! The only one minus which was observed in case if it was 5- star hotel the rooms were not spacious enough !!! Relation between price & quality of the hotel is reasonable ! I would definitely recommend it !"

MMiladOne of the best home stays we have stayed at in our lives. So clean and nice and everything thought off. Ozgur our host was a remarkable gentleman who guided and took care of us every step of the way. It was just a brilliant stay. Rooms were large and perfect. Wish we had stayed longer but hopefully another time. The only issue would be the location for those without their own transport as it is away from town in the hills. But if u do have ur own transport u will not find anything as good as this in perhaps all of Türkiye. We are on a road trip and I can guarantee u will not be disappointed here. We stayed in July 2025. Hopefully they keep it this way. Fantastic breakfast freshly served and made for each guest. It just doesn’t get better. Great job and wish the owners all the very best always. Thanks for the wonderful stay. 🙂🥂

TTat_MIt was a perfect stay for 1 week: 1. Very tasty breakfast 2. Gorgeous view from terrace 3. Nice pool to spend time in 4. Very helpful owner, which helped us with everything: laundry, cheaper taxi, transfer... 5. Very comfortable room (superior room) - a lot of space
Only minuses will be: 1. A lot of stairs up and down each time you want to leave hotel 2. Strange cleaning service: first time it was proposed without preparing in the afternoon when we were sleeping. Next time they also asked about cleaning after we came to the room after the sea and wanted to rest. Last day they suddenly lost their keys to the room.... So the drain in the shower wasn't cleaned and was clogged, not so pleasant.
In all other aspects everything was good!
Would recommend and come again!

GGuest UserA very nice play to stay in for a vacation/staycation. Comfortable to have a day-in at or to be a transactional place in between activities. Nice view of the sun movements and I’m in love with the builds of the hotel; unconventionally structured and very interesting. Lots of place to explore in the hotel alone and amenities are accessible and good. We stayed in during low-season and it was very peaceful. Breakfasts were not buffets because of that but they served us anything we could ask for generously and attentively. The concierges; Dokhan and Duygu served us a very friendly welcome and chats the whole time which helped us to get to know the area a lot too!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sade Pension Hotel in Bodrum, Turkey, in May 2024. Booked via Trip.com, this quirky boutique hotel truly offers a unique and delightful experience.
Situated just a three-minute walk from the oceanfront and bustling shopping streets, Sade Pension is perfectly located. Despite its proximity to food stalls, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, the hotel maintains a tranquil atmosphere within its own garden oasis. The serene environment makes it easy to relax and unwind.
One of the standout features of Sade Pension is its friendly and outgoing staff. The owners and their team go out of their way to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. The boutique-style rooms are charmingly decorated with lots of colors, plants, and art, creating a vibrant and inviting ambiance. At night, the hotel comes alive with twinkling lights, and the garden terrace, where guests can enjoy free coffee and tea, adds to the magical atmosphere.
The breakfast buffet is a highlight, offering a clean and well-presented spread. There are two hot dishes—scrambled eggs and a sausage dish—alongside plenty of cold cuts, cereals, jams, juices, and breads. One small suggestion would be to add yogurt to the selection, which would complement the already diverse offerings.
The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are kept clean. However, the bathrooms could benefit from a refit to match the charm and quality of the rest of the hotel.

GGuest UserPhenomenonal stay at Roas hotel. The location is perfect, overlooking the sea. The jacuzzi room we stayed at was lovely, staff so accommodating and friendly. Serkan at the restaurant helped us find amazing tours and activities in Bodrum and even helped with getting taxis. The food at the restaurant is yummy with a large spread for breakfast. Perfect stay at Bodrum

..Elena.The hotel was booked for 1 night because they were travelling. Location super, 3 minutes to the sea, in the very center, opposite the cafe, next door the SOK store building. Very beautiful yard, stylish.
The rooms are small, but everything is so conveniently arranged and everything is. You can ask for a tug on the respiratory. The room is clean. Not hot, the air conditioner has not even used, the rooms are light, not pressing. There is a parking, without it is certainly problematic, as the center, for us was also an important moment.

MMark MarcosIt is a very reasonably priced hotel with a good location, close to transportation and shops, restaurants. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. The staff were friendly but there is very limited English. The toom is only average. As would be expected of the price. It jas a nice garden area and pool. The negatives are: no cleaning of rooms, missing basic amenities like soap, water, toilet paper.. Batteries for remotes for sorting and tv were bad. Almost no wifi service, only worked 5% of the time. Also, noise from other rooms and hallway is bad although the street noise is very quiet. This hotel is good for a short economy stay.
