"The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Bintulu town, right next to The Spring Mall, making it very convenient for finding food and travel essentials. Though the hotel is a bit dated, it is well-maintained and offers facilities like a gym and swimming pool for guests to enjoy. The room is spacious, though certain corners are a bit dim—adding extra lighting could enhance comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would be happy to return on future visits to Bintulu."

"Good hotel, nice room and very good breakfast option. Average scenery. Issues: Few issues with room and we were ordered to change room 3times which is troublesome esp with kids. Rooftop food was average abd disappointed with plate size for the rice (very small piring and rice keep on falling). Overall good Thank you"
