XXIFU ZACKI stayed at the Green Hotel in Bintulu for 3 days and 2 nights, and my overall experience was satisfying and worthwhile, especially for a solo traveler.
📍 The hotel's location is very strategic and easily accessible, close to eateries and basic amenities. It's suitable for business trips, transit, or a short getaway in Bintulu.
🛏️ The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable for resting. Even though I was staying alone, the room space was sufficient and quiet, truly perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. Basic facilities like the air conditioning and bathroom worked well.
👩💼 The staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out procedures were smooth without any issues.
💡 Minor drawbacks:
This hotel is basic and leans more towards budget accommodation, so there are no luxury facilities.
It's suitable for rest and sleep, not for extensive hotel activities.

GGuest UserThe facilities and cleanliness were great, which I appreciated. However, there are a few things I'd like to point out.
The drain cover in the restroom was open, and I had to close it myself.
I tried the complimentary breakfast for two people per night. It was really disappointing. The cereal seemed old, and the spaghetti looked like it was made without any effort.
In my opinion, it would be better to either remove the breakfast option entirely or increase the room rate and improve the quality of the breakfast.
I felt that the breakfast could really detract from the hotel's image, despite the clean and well-maintained rooms.

GGuest UserWe are greeted by nice staff that makes the registration so fast n efficient. However, upon checking-in, we found out the door to the rooms were not working properly n the phones not working but no towels were readied in the room.
The rooms overall need to be refurbished to make them more conducive and all the equipment especially the air cons should be in good working order.
