Hotels with Parking in Bintulu

Newly renovated hotel, comfortable ambience and design. Really love the design of the renovated hotel room. Hotel receptions are also efficient and friendly. However, the bathroom was not clean thoroughly as there was faulty smell when we just checked in, and the toilet roll was also finished and not replaced until we look for cleaner to spray in the bathroom and replace a new toilet roll. I have to personally clean the toilet bowl to make sure no smell was left. The bedding was also not very comfortable, feel lile budget hotel bedding but understandable as it is a shophouse style hotel. Honestly for the price point we are paying it has nothing to be complained but only highlight the downside for hotel to improve.

Had a great 2-day stay at NU Hotel Bintulu. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The location is also very convenient, with nearby shops and food places easily accessible. The hotel atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for resting after a long day. WiFi connection was good, parking was convenient, and overall the facilities were satisfactory for both short business trips and casual stays. Overall, a pleasant experience and definitely a hotel I would consider staying at again when visiting Bintulu.

Booked for King Deluxe but when checking in was given the twin bed room and when asked then only informed all the King sized bed room were given to other premium customers. If it's overbooked for certain room type, it could be better to apologise and asked for understanding rather than just telling us to accept since other premium customer have taken the room. I love Promenade Hotel group and always been staying wherever I go and this is the first time I feel shocked with this kind of experience.

The owner was really nice. We didn't have local currency, so they helped us find a place to exchange money. The location is quite convenient, close to the mall and not far from the beach either.

3 stars hotel but look premium - very comfy bed and they provide 4 pillows, bedsheet clean - built in speaker in bathroom (highlight of this hotel!!!) & HDMI cable provided - very spacious washroom - have mini fridge - good internet connection - towels smells good and clean had a great stays here and recommended

Beautiful sunset view with good ambiance. Classy swimming pool and a hearty peacefulness. Special thanks to chef who prepared food with care at 6am as my wife is vegetarian and fasting. Thank you for giving the good experience.

The hotel lobby is big and beautiful. The room need upgrade. The breakfast is just simple breakfast, not recommend to add on. They have promotion for lunch buffet (rm10 for adults and rm5 for children). You get what you paid. The swimming pool is big but the kids pool is close.

Affordable place to stay. Cleanliness and privacy of guest need to be improve as my room was found to be a little bit noisy with birds sound (bird nest was parked at the ceiling) as I cannot sleep well and fur from the birds found at my bed.

This hotel has a strategic position. In the middle of the city. Cheap price. Although small, it is suitable for the price offered. The guest waiters are very friendly and give good cooperation.
