I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and provided outstanding service throughout my stay. The hotel is beautiful, the room was very spacious, and all the facilities were convenient and well-maintained. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Booked for King Deluxe but when checking in was given the twin bed room and when asked then only informed all the King sized bed room were given to other premium customers. If it's overbooked for certain room type, it could be better to apologise and asked for understanding rather than just telling us to accept since other premium customer have taken the room. I love Promenade Hotel group and always been staying wherever I go and this is the first time I feel shocked with this kind of experience.

The reception was nice and we loved the basement parking. The room was alright, but I specifically asked for quiet room away from the lift. Instead I was given the room right next to the lift. We can hear people getting off the lift and going to their room, with their luggag rolling. Our room faced the main room and is very noisy. Their pillows suck big time and we didn't get very good sleep here. The breakfast is alright and there is a small gym.

It's suitable for business trips, transit, or a short getaway in Bintulu. 🛏️ The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable for resting. Even though I was staying alone, the room space was sufficient and quiet, truly perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. Basic facilities like the air conditioning and bathroom worked well. 👩💼 The staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out procedures were smooth without any issues. 💡 Minor drawbacks: This hotel is basic and leans more towards budget accommodation, so there are no luxury facilities. It's suitable for rest and sleep, not for extensive hotel activities.

Nice hotel & sunset view. near beach with swimming pool & gym facility. a bit quiet here maybe because it is far from town & in industrial areas. toilet & bathroom got some unpleasant smell.

The hotel lobby is big and beautiful. The room need upgrade. The breakfast is just simple breakfast, not recommend to add on. They have promotion for lunch buffet (rm10 for adults and rm5 for children). You get what you paid. The swimming pool is big but the kids pool is close.

This hotel has a strategic position. In the middle of the city. Cheap price. Although small, it is suitable for the price offered. The guest waiters are very friendly and give good cooperation.
