have stay for a few days for IKPI Congress 2019 at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Batu. Will be back to this place soon..!!

The room is not clean. There's many stain and it's dirty. No amenities in bathroom, only towel and toothbrush. Breakfast is so so, not many variant. For 4 star hotel, this is not what i expected from. Location is good though.

A decent hotel with large rooms and well-equipped but slightly old. The soundproofing is a bit poor and you can hear the crying of children at night. The staff is enthusiastic and can speak English, which is commendable.

The hotel is old. The towels are old and the check-in is slow.
