Four Points by Sheraton Jiaxing Reviews

Outstanding hotel which really delivered a great stay. Bella, who helped us with check-in was a real star. My sincere thanks to Bella and the whole team for a wonderful experience!

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests "Romantic Theme" for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the "Restaurant" is the "heartbeat" of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the "Eatery Restaurant" at the "Four Points by Sheraton" in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the "Beef Wellington", it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the "Four Points by Sheraton" Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

Great place. Well located near shopping mall and elevated road. Quiet and clean.

Was impressed how clean the hotel was. Front Desk staff was also very helpful and friendly. Decent breakfast and a reasonably large room. Will be back again on my next trip in Jiaxing.

Excellent service provided by reception, Tim Zhang and all the outdoor pool staff! The were many delicious western options for breakfast and in-room dining. The outdoor pool was cleaned daily and the city view from that floor was amazing! I'd definitely return. The best hotel in Jiaxing City!

This is my second time to this hotel on business. As always, the experience is good. The front desk upgraded my room for free. The view from the high floor is amazing! The service staff is very good. The front desk lady Sherry She also gave me a beer 🍻, which I am very grateful for 🥹. It is next to the canal, with a great view. If you want to go for a walk nearby, there are also cafes, beauty salons, and places to eat!

From the check-in procedure at the front desk, you can experience the hotel's meticulous service. During the stay, the room service staff always responded to our needs at the first time. Whether it is replenishing toiletries or cleaning the room, they are very meticulous and thoughtful, keeping the room tidy and clean at all times. The breakfast is even more rich, from steaming porridge, noodles to fresh fruits and cakes, satisfying the taste needs of different guests. In short, Sheraton left a deep impression on me with its superior location, complete facilities, thoughtful service and delicious food. If I have the opportunity to come here again in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel without hesitation and will strongly recommend it to my relatives and friends around me.
