The hotel room looks scary

They were very good in everything. We were especially pleased with the attention at the reception. Don't think of it as just a business. They have very kind people who you can get support and chat with in every subject. They have a secret team that always acts one step ahead of you in terms of room services. We would also like to thank them. As Kobum, they are in an ideal location for Ubud. You can have your breakfast at the Lotus Cafe right next to it. This cafe also has a view of the Water Temple. The breakfast is very, very filling. You can also watch the lotus and fish in the water pool while eating your breakfast. The fact that the room completely reflects the Balinese culture and that all the employees combine this with a very good service approach is enough reason for you to stay. We left very satisfied. If we come again, we will choose this hotel again. (Note: You can also buy a motorbike rental and tour service. We only rented a motorbike and the motor performance and price were very good)

The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center! The hotel restaurant is inside the Water Palace! The room is on the 2nd floor, the surrounding environment is great, there is a bathtub, and large floor-to-ceiling glass is surrounded by green plants!

The room is in a great location, right near the Ubud Palace. The scenery in the courtyard is also very unique. If you stay here, you can also visit the temple next door which is not open to the public. They will also let you wear purple clothes, which is very photogenic!

The location is very convenient, everything is within walking distance. They met us very politely and told us in detail that we had an anniversary and they prepared a surprise for us ❤️ they decorated the room and prepared sweets, took a photo of us, and when we checked out they gave us this photo inserted into a frame (thank you very much, it was nice) !!! The hotel hosts dances every other day, I recommend watching them, you can watch them for free for hotel guests, you can also pay for them if you want to sit in the front row. The restaurant for breakfast has a choice of dishes on the menu, hearty and tasty. We had dinner in other establishments, upon returning to the hotel we took a hookah in the hotel restaurant, the hookah was good (the first one in Bali for all my time) excellent coals, good, interesting taste 😍 a little strong. Despite the fact that it is a bit old, everything is clean, very cozy, the staff is responsive and friendly.

They changed my room type without communicating with me. Although it was nominally an upgraded room type, I just wanted to stay in a room with a lotus view. I suggest that you communicate with guests in advance in the future. In addition, there is no parking space, which is not very convenient.

The location was excellent, about a 5-minute walk from Ubud Palace. There were some shops nearby that were open even at around 11pm, which was very helpful for me as I liked to drink late into the night. The room was nicely appointed and I had no complaints. While relaxing in the chairs in front of the room, I often came across local creatures, but if you're used to them, it shouldn't be a problem. There weren't many options for breakfast at Lotus Cafe, but the atmosphere was pleasant.

Upon arrival, it turned out that they were treating the area against Mosquitoes. Despite the fact that I warned that I was lying in the room with a temperature, they still started processing. Almost suffocated The audibility in the room is terrible, the doors and gates are sealed across the entire street, the voices of the neighbors seem to be in your room.

The breakfast was not a buffet, but the amount and variety was enough and I was satisfied. It is right next to Ubud Palace, so it is convenient to go anywhere. The only thing that is unfortunate is that although there is a bathtub, it becomes cold water halfway through even if you fill it with hot water, so you can't use it.

In Ubud area, the location is convenient, with convenience stores, bars, and coffee shops nearby. The hotel environment is good, suitable for vacation, and the hotel restaurant environment is beautiful! Friendly staff!

The hotel is not big, but the location is superb. It is a five-minute walk from the palace and the market. You can enter the Water Palace for free if you stay in this hotel. There are performances in the Water Palace at night, and you can go in through the small door to watch. The restaurant has a wide variety of breakfasts and the taste is good, and it is very unique. If you eat a full meal, you can get a discount for staying in the hotel. The swimming pool is small but clean. Staying for two days allows you to experience the local architectural style.
