The room is looks great with a large super king size bed with 4 solid pillows. Well equipped with fridge, pantry with kettle, coffee and tea. Work table and chair. Luggage compartment. Wardrode, safe box and ironing board with compartment. Bathroom is equally well equipped with dual showers, shampoos, hair dryer, two large and small towels, toothbrush and others. A very rare retractable and robust bidet is provided. Although the room is classified as no windows but I consider it with windows but facing air wells along the corridor. The view is pleasent. The Toshiba elevators are impressive and smooth running. I consider the Forum Hotel qualified at least 3 star to 3.5 star.

Keep booking this hotel because I love the room very clean and the location is good. Would recommend this to friends🤩

Definitely my new go-to hotel for Penang. Room was spacious and clean. Soundproofing wasn't great but it was bearable. Reception staff was helpful. Convenience store located right next door. Price is affordable. Very pleased with this stay.

Front office staff handling the check in is very unprofessional that affect us to shorten our stay here.  May b their business is so good due to all the good reviews and do not need our business.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished with all the essentials. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the powerful shower—perfect after a long day of travel. The only downside was the soundproofing. I could clearly hear conversations and movements from the hallway and the neighboring rooms, which made it hard to sleep on some nights. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs.

Forum Hotel is centrally located in Georgetown. There are some popular food spots near the hotel eg wanton noodles, nasi kandar and prawn noodles. Though in the city, it is located in a quieter area with less heavy traffic. Thus, it's easy to drop off or be picked up by Grab. The room is clean and comfortable. However I wish they would provide soap at the basin for washing hands. Though they provide tooth brushes, there wasn't any shaver. Do note that the shower tap should be turned in clockwise direction for hot water and check in is at 3.00 pm.

The hotel is quite new and there is a vendor machine and water dispenser at the ground level. Cons will be they only give 1 card and the bathroom has no door and water will spill out when shower. Have to be careful when walking out of the bathroom.

Not too far from the city center, around 6-10mins walk. I don't like that they don't provide a spare card in room. It's inconvenient when we have 2 people to come back hotel in different times. The price is acceptable. Toilet bath area without door so the water can spill out, a bit annoying. One side of the view quite nice, have little bit sea view

I love the location. The kebersihan, top notch and no such thing as jumpa anak lipas ke aircond tak sejuk, karpet berbau etc no no no i did not experience things as such in here. So glad i managed to carefully find the best place just to overnight. Paling penting has its own parking. Always guarded no matter what time you come in or out. Tak sempat nak snap gambar hotel tapi everything is really worth it✌🏻

Very good central location, ample parking either on site or roadside,very comfortable bed and pillows. However, I had indicated a room not near to lifts as I'm sensitive to sounds but was given a room right infront of the lifts. I would have given 5/5 for the price I paid if not for the room close to lifts.

The staff are friendly, and the price is affordable. The air-conditioning and bed are comfortable, but the cleanliness of the room could be improved.
