Breakfast was good

The hotel is a bit dated but still very clean and tidy. Breakfast was adequate. Service was courteous. It's a shame that the Hanseatic Cathedral is no longer included, but the prices are reasonable.

Nice hotel, with good breakfast. It got a little warm in the room and the pillows are not that good. Otherwise a really good experience.

OK for a short break. Evening menu very small due to lack of staff. Food was of high quality and good! Half board is always worth it!

The location of the hotel is very convenient for excursions and shopping. (Aldi 2 minutes, McDonald's 2 minutes walk). The large shopping center is also within easy walking distance and offers all options from food to shopping. Unfortunately, many things came to light when we left that the guest should have been informed about beforehand. Although we had booked for 2 adults with a child aged 13, we had to pay an additional bed tax of €86 when we left. We have to say that we visited via Trip.Com and more information should be available for the customer here. Despite all of this, it was a successful trip to the hotel with a great swimming pool.!!!!!!!!!
