I planned a trip in less than 12 hours for my Queen and Princess’ birthday, and the hotel made it unforgettable! Just 2 hours before arrival, I requested if they could decorate the room, and to my surprise, they went above and beyond my expectations! At breakfast, we were serenaded with a birthday song and served cakes, which made the morning extra special. The breakfast spread itself was outstanding, with servers at every station ready to assist. From being personally walked to our table to having drinks of our choice served directly, the service was flawless. Thank you for making this birthday celebration so memorable . I truly couldn’t ask for more!

Impressive service and hospitality. We always been greeted warmly with big smile. Room are spacious. Bed and pillows guarantee a restful night for me. The building and amenities might be a little aged. However its been having good maintenance. Everything works perfectly.

Very pleasure stay at MO. Stayed here for 5 nights. They did house keeping twice a day to ensure the tidiness of the room. Life guard at the swimming pool is super friendly for our kids. As our kids came to swim almost everyday during our stay. Breakfast is amazing. It worth every dollars

An amazing hotel right at the heart of the city. From the time you walk into their doors till check-out, the service is impeccable. The rooms are large and very clean with all the amenities. Fantastic gym, steam and sauna rooms while their pool side bar served a wicked Negroni. Breakfast was 5star with a huge spread. My only comment would be that the pool is very small (think of it as a lounging pool). Kudos to Xavier at the reception for even walking me to my room to explain everything. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

The hotel hospitality is unrivaled by many other five star hotels in Jakarta, while the room is clean, spacious, and comfort. When we check-in, the front office staff (Mr Gillen) confirmed that this is our first stay at this Mandarin Oriental, and we would stay for three nights. Later, for our surprise, he upgraded out room to the highest floor (26th), send us welcome Chocolate Dessert to our room 😄👍. Thank you brother, we definately stay again. Bravo…

Had an amazing experience with my family at MO Jakarta. Staffs were attentive and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I cannot wait to stay again with them and explore Jakarta on foot next time, since the location was also centralised and there was a nearby train station

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the service was absolutely impeccable. We were warmly welcomed at the front desk with a refreshing drink and pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room overlooking Bandaran. Upon entering our room, we found a thoughtful anniversary surprise waiting for us. One evening, while dining at the hotel restaurant, they delighted us yet again with a special anniversary cake. There wasn’t a single thing I could fault about this hotel—service, location, and ambiance were all perfect. A heartfelt thank you to Jennifer, Shifa, Yani, Palma, and Salvina for their exceptional care throughout our stay!
