"The cabin I stayed was a certain distance from the check-in front desk. No one brought me a map and I found the wrong place. . The cabin facilities are average, sorry for the high price, there is heating, the environment is good, because in the national park. The phone has a signal. There is paid wifi in the cabin, and there is free wifi at the check-in at the front desk, but the speed is very slow and there is no signal on the mobile phone at the front desk."
"For a resort that starts at ~$2,000/night this place falls very short in various areas. For an all inclusive resort there were very few dining options (it was either the sur house or the pool side bar). Most of the staff were really friendly but we did feel like the housekeeping staff weren’t too professional at times (once they opened the door to our room even when we told them to give us a few seconds to get to the door). Although the resort is in a beautiful location, I don’t know if I would consider this place luxurious."
