Thanks for a great 4 night stay. The room, location & views exceeded our expectations and it was extremely good value for the price. I would highly recommend Beachfront Bicheno for anyone staying on the East Coast - there is a lot to see and do in the area and Bicheno is a great base. Be mindful that many eateries close early. Don't miss the Lobster Shack & nearby Devil's Corner (even if you aren't a wine drinker the seafood is amazing). The Farm shed offers wine tasting & it's a short walk back to your room. The Penguin Parade is also a must do. We would stay at Beachfront Bicheno again in a heartbeat - recommend booking the sea view room. Very comfortable, great pillows, much quieter than we expected (it was super, super quiet), but easy to walk to most things, and a bottle shop on site! The heater in the bathroom was a nice touch. Overall - excellent value for money.
The location of the hotel is very good. The front of the room is facing a large lawn, which leads directly to the beach. It is the hotel's private beach. The beach leading to Diamond Island emerges at low tide. If time is spare, it is best to stay for 2 nights. Watching penguins returning at night is not as chicken as other comments said. Just 10 minutes after they got there, a group of penguins returned. They were so cute. Afterwards, the penguins came back one after another. Seeing visual fatigue, the guide was easy-going. Get out of the platform to watch more closely, but everyone is afraid to disturb the penguins, and they keep their distance consciously. The only downside is that the air conditioner in the room is broken, and the temperature difference at night is quite cold.
Awesome spot for families. Close to most things in Bicheno. Staff super friendly and welcoming. Location is superb and able to spot Penguins whilst walking along road/walkway on dusk. Clean and tidy rooms and recently renovated very tastefully. Highly recommend.
The apartment is located on a small slope in the town
The sign is very small. It is recommended to contact the landlord in time when you check in
The landlord was very friendly and recommended to us the restaurants in the town
Two bedroom apartment modern and clean area is very large
One master bedroom with double bed and one side bedroom with two single beds
Very suitable for a family trip
All tableware and kitchen supplies are complete
Cars can be parked at the door, each apartment has two parking spaces
In addition, the town of Bicheno is really great
You can see little penguins along the beach at night
The landlord also prepared a flashlight with red light
A few kilometers along the town, there is a super beautiful beach
Encounter a super beautiful white beach
Denison conservation area
Although there is no evaluation on Google
There are few people but it's so beautiful that it's suffocating
Situated near the western extremity of Bicheno in a quiet area, it's only a short walk from Redbill Beach and a penguin watch site, but it's a 1.5km walk into the centre of Bicheno if you're that active. Our room was quite large but could have done with a bit more bench space for suitcases. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious. Oddly, no washers were supplied with the towels. Reception had no issue supplying them but seemed surprised by my request. Some of the power points were located in strange (inconvenient) places, and a couple more would have been handy. Carpets were in good condition and the room contained a very effective heater (no aircon). All the usual expectations (tea, coffee, sugar/sweeteners, jug, fridge, TV, radio) were met. Rooms were not cleaned during our 3 night stay (no big deal) and breakfast is no longer served (a Covid casualty, apparently). There is a small on-site laundry for guest use, if required. We weren't expecting The Ritz, and we got what we paid for, but I'd have no issues staying here again.
Located so close to eateries and local convenience stores, was excellent start to two night stay. Close to Coles Bay etc. We had 2 bed cabin which was warm comfortable and very clean. All bathroom amenities orivided, body wash shampoo and conditioner hair dryer. Kitch had good size fridge microwave kettle toaster, tea and coffer provided. Amenities on the site were so very clean. Our stay the park was very quiet and friendly.

1137***98I can watch a day here, waiting for a beautiful column of water like fireworks, the sky flower rain, sometimes accompanied by a rainbow, adults and children are excited to wait for a big one! Sometimes it will get wet ~
