"I had a wonderful stay at Youth Hostel Bern. Everything about this place was excellent. The location is perfect — very close to the main railway station, and buses and trams are easily available, which made traveling around the city super convenient.
The hostel itself is very nice, neat, and clean. The rooms were comfortable, and the bedding was fresh, tidy, and well arranged. Bathrooms and toilets were extremely clean, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The environment of the hostel is pleasant and welcoming. On top of that, the breakfast was superb with great options to start the day.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Youth Hostel Bern to anyone visiting the city."

"Counter staffs are very helpful, helped us arranged a 3rd room on the same floor and gave us free upgrade for the 1st 2 rooms. Rooms are spacious on the 5th floor. Buffet breakfast acceptable, can see staffs topping up food regularly. Carpark is quite a distance away and costly, cost us almost 50 euros for 2 days but hotel allows car to be parked in front for loading/unloading up to 15mins and also 17% discount provided. Right next to supermarket 👍"

The only thing we didn’t like is the food, very limited and not too tasty (all is defrosted in microwave). Also the parking, is public and 30chf per day. The overall experience is very positive. There is no doubt that we will repeat in another moxy as they are all over the globe."

Only downside is there’s no air conditioning, but the staffs were nice enough to provide me a fan to put in the room. Appreciate the friendly staffs for helping me with the check in process and i was able to check in early thankfully."

"The front desk staff were all friendly and left a good impression.
At first glance, it looked more like an ordinary private home than a hotel, but considering the location it was relatively easy to find and I didn't have to wander around looking for it.
The rooms were clean and safety was well ensured. If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that the shower and toilet were shared.
I happened to be in a room next to them so it wasn't too inconvenient.
Looking out the window with a small balcony gave me a sense of calm.
