"Detailed details of the hotel: 1. The hotel leaves the train station bus + walks for about 15 minutes 2. The facade is small, but the service is very good. When we went, the front desk was not yet working. There was an Asian old man on duty and let us store our luggage. 3. Non-24-hour front desk, but the black lady at the front desk is very good 4. There are not many overall attractions in Bourne, but the hotel can be reached on foot. 5, because there is a Swiss pass we do not have a bus card for Bourne, so the hotel does not charge us tax, but there is no guarantee that friends after the same. 6, the room is very quiet, not facing the street Finally, most importantly, the hotel presented fruit, biscuits, capsule coffee and drinking water. It must be praised for taking people's things. Haha, this trip is the best!"

It's close to the station and right in front of the tram station, making it easy to get to the old town. Breakfast was buffet style and delicious. When I told them I had to leave early on my last day, they kindly prepared a box for me. When the staff realized I was Japanese, they showed me a photo they had taken in front of Mt. Fuji, which made me happy❗️

This hotel in Bern, Switzerland offers incredible value for money. The breakfast is extensive, and there's a self-service water dispenser in the stairwell where you can get ice-cold sparkling water, which is a really nice touch. The accommodation itself is good too; the room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate.

Good location. Only a few mins walk to the train station. The hotel has a laundry room with a washer and a dryer so it's good for people taking long trip who need some clean clothes. The only downside is the noise, especially if your room faces the street. If you open the window for fresh air, you'll have to deal with construction noise and car noise early in the morning

The Hotel is very nice. The staff is great and cool. Modern decoration everywhere, also in the rooms. All is well equipped. The only thing we didn’t like is the food, very limited and not too tasty (all is defrosted in microwave). Also the parking, is public and 30chf per day. The overall experience is very positive. There is no doubt that we will repeat in another moxy as they are all over the globe.

Location was great. The train station at your doorstep. Staff were helpful. I voiced my concern about heating and a light that was blinking and all concerns were addressed quickly. All in all, a great stay and staff were well trained and based on my conversations with them, they had been working there for a long time, hence the knowledge and level of service. One thing though, is that the lighting in the room could be improved; that would be really helpful for those coming on business trips and working on their laptops.

I had a wonderful stay at Youth Hostel Bern. Everything about this place was excellent. The location is perfect — very close to the main railway station, and buses and trams are easily available, which made traveling around the city super convenient. The hostel itself is very nice, neat, and clean. The rooms were comfortable, and the bedding was fresh, tidy, and well arranged. Bathrooms and toilets were extremely clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. The environment of the hostel is pleasant and welcoming. On top of that, the breakfast was superb with great options to start the day. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Youth Hostel Bern to anyone visiting the city.

The room was nice and the service was good. The water world was great. The breakfast was good. There is a shopping mall next to it. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel didn't give me the transportation ticket in advance, so I spent dozens of francs when I first arrived.

Hotel is in an ideal location with a very short walk from a nearby train station. The Hotel has a lovely old feel to it but is very clean. The breakfast is continental style but with enough on offer. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and positive about the City. The Hotel offers a pop up bar across the road. Very nice stay and the only complaint was soft pillows.
