GGuest UserThe experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly.
The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world.
Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey.
The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.

LLvxingjiuyoufanerThe hotel is very beautiful. It is the most satisfactory hotel in this European trip. It should be an old hotel with a long history. The staff is warm and thoughtful. When we arrived at the hotel, we put our luggage at the front desk a little early. When we went back to check in, the luggage had been put in the room. It was very considerate. The room was very clean. The hotel business was very good and many people ate in the restaurant every day. The location of the hotel is quite good. Although it is a distance from the city center, it is not a problem because the hotel will provide free transportation cards according to the number of days of stay. There is a No. 6 bus at the door to the city center, which is very convenient. The only thing is that there is no air conditioning. It will be hot in summer. It is very cool to open the windows at night, but it is noisy. So if you close the windows to sleep in summer, it will be a bit stuffy. Although the hotel thoughtfully put a fan, it is said that air conditioning is not allowed in Swiss hotels. It is probably because we live in a rooftop room, which is a bit hot. In short, everything is good and we are very satisfied~

HHime MomoThe hotel is very conveniently located, just over a 10-minute walk downhill from the train station. The front desk provides a complimentary one-day public transport pass, allowing guests to take the cable car back up to the hotel from the train station for free – incredibly convenient! The rooms were basic but spotless. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, which was a huge relief and made communication effortless. The breakfast, in particular, was outstanding – incredibly diverse with a wide selection of cheeses and salami. In famously expensive Switzerland, such a satisfying breakfast felt like a real treat. We were traveling to Geneva, and found the hotel's location ideal for onward travel. The hotel is accessed via a cable car, its lower station conveniently located directly opposite the train station. From the station, frequent buses (every 10 minutes) go to Fribourg (a 40-minute ride), where numerous trains connect to Geneva, making the total journey approximately 1.5 hours. At first, I found the price (over 2000 a night) steep for what I perceived as a hostel, feeling I could stay at a luxury hotel like a W for that money. However, after my stay, I found it to be exceptionally good. Crucially, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to answer all our questions.

Apartments are not far from the tourist area. If you take the car for about 6 minutes, the shift of the car is also very dense, but because the house is near the suburbs, it is inevitable that some small insects will enter the room because they are on the light.

Aav3anaBooking a room for 3 adults, they will provide sofabed. But for us, better the sofa bed is folded. The twin bed, become one, was enough for 3 adults, and the room was more spacious. Water dispenser is provided near lift, and ironing room in each floor. there is no refrigerator inside the room, but we can leave food in the hotel refrigerator. Near from bus stop, its easy from bern station

GGuest UserThe room is very large, very clean and very good! The location of the hotel is simply great. All the attractions in Bern are within walking distance. The longest is not more than 15 minutes. The door is the Federal Palace and the supermarket is next to it. It is very convenient! The service is very warm and responsive! The only downside is that the shower door is bad, can not be closed, and finally made a place of water, the fly in the ointment!

1. The hotel leaves the train station bus + walks for about 15 minutes
2. The facade is small, but the service is very good. When we went, the front desk was not yet working. There was an Asian old man on duty and let us store our luggage.
3. Non-24-hour front desk, but the black lady at the front desk is very good
4. There are not many overall attractions in Bourne, but the hotel can be reached on foot.
5, because there is a Swiss pass we do not have a bus card for Bourne, so the hotel does not charge us tax, but there is no guarantee that friends after the same.
6, the room is very quiet, not facing the street
Finally, most importantly, the hotel presented fruit, biscuits, capsule coffee and drinking water. It must be praised for taking people's things. Haha, this trip is the best!

as stated that they will provide ”2 king beds” in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only
and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful
and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working
for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it)
Other than that, the location of this hotel is very convenient, just few mins from the station.

KKoSharonThe hotel is very environmentally friendly as a whole, providing many carbon reduction solutions. The front desk is very welcoming and very good. There are also many choices for breakfast (it is one of the few hotels in Switzerland where I have eaten a variety of cakes. It is delicious and the location is very close to the station square.
