GGuest UserThe experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly.
The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world.
Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey.
The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.

ZZhongshujiaoranVery pleasant stay experience, the room is clean and quiet, although the old house facilities are simple, the details are well maintained, the bedding is very soft and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, there is a tram nearby to go directly to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and took the map to help us introduce the most suitable tour route, saving our time. Breakfast is traditional European, the freshly baked croissants are crispy with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the ladies in the restaurant are also very careful. It is recommended to check in in advance, Europe's working hours are not 24 hours. The last day of breakfast remembers the wrong time, when we went to breakfast, we started to receive the meal, or let us take the bread to eat on the road. Promised to write a review for the boss, I hope he can understand Chinese.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not big but has complete facilities, clean and tidy environment, and pleasant view outside the window. Every service staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is unexpectedly delicious. Although the restaurant is not big, the food variety and taste are well selected. Parking is convenient and free, which is super friendly to self-driving travelers.

HHime MomoThe hotel is very conveniently located, just over a 10-minute walk downhill from the train station. The front desk provides a complimentary one-day public transport pass, allowing guests to take the cable car back up to the hotel from the train station for free – incredibly convenient! The rooms were basic but spotless. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, which was a huge relief and made communication effortless. The breakfast, in particular, was outstanding – incredibly diverse with a wide selection of cheeses and salami. In famously expensive Switzerland, such a satisfying breakfast felt like a real treat. We were traveling to Geneva, and found the hotel's location ideal for onward travel. The hotel is accessed via a cable car, its lower station conveniently located directly opposite the train station. From the station, frequent buses (every 10 minutes) go to Fribourg (a 40-minute ride), where numerous trains connect to Geneva, making the total journey approximately 1.5 hours. At first, I found the price (over 2000 a night) steep for what I perceived as a hostel, feeling I could stay at a luxury hotel like a W for that money. However, after my stay, I found it to be exceptionally good. Crucially, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to answer all our questions.

Aav3anaBooking a room for 3 adults, they will provide sofabed. But for us, better the sofa bed is folded. The twin bed, become one, was enough for 3 adults, and the room was more spacious. Water dispenser is provided near lift, and ironing room in each floor. there is no refrigerator inside the room, but we can leave food in the hotel refrigerator. Near from bus stop, its easy from bern station

GGuest UserThe room is very large, very clean and very good! The location of the hotel is simply great. All the attractions in Bern are within walking distance. The longest is not more than 15 minutes. The door is the Federal Palace and the supermarket is next to it. It is very convenient! The service is very warm and responsive! The only downside is that the shower door is bad, can not be closed, and finally made a place of water, the fly in the ointment!

GGuest UserYou need to take tram to Bern centre which the tram comes frequently and took around 10mins only. The room is spacious and quiet. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. There's no supermarket or convenient store around the hotel.

as stated that they will provide ”2 king beds” in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only
and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful
and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working
for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it)
Other than that, the location of this hotel is very convenient, just few mins from the station.

GGuest UserThis hotel is super convenient to go anywhere. Tramp/busses are nearby the hotel. One thing is that the room is quite small but the bathroom is big. Not enough space to put my luggage and i had to put them in the bathroom instead. They have vintage elevator too!
