"The whole apartment was awesome. We went there as 6 but the place can accommodate more than 9. The view in the morning is breathtaking, esp with a cup of hot choc. Would def go there again "
"Location is perfect, if you are looking for a place near to Brinchang and close to the Golden Hill night market and Big Red Strawberry Farm and can avoid the traffic jam heading to Kea Farm direction. Besides that, everything is great with the hotel room facilities and also breakfast buffet selection. Will definitely recommend and return!!"
"Great room. Very satisfied.. got the 3 room. From the outside it looks like a place to live. Enter the room ok. It looks like new paint. Ok.. if you bring a lot of family, you want to save the budget. This place is a choice. Next to the heavenly mosque again. The picture in the room.hmm..change the picture of the flower scene to strawberry. The others are ok."

"The homestay is spacious, but quite old already. Don't expect too much.
Location is great because near to a Bazaar, can shop for foods and stuff easily.
The take key location is not same as the homestay location, have to check properly the location before going to the stay to avoid any inconvenience."

Great
CCheng SiewBeautiful hotel & top notch service and location. However, some cons:
1)Need to climb up 3 flights of stairs (fm outdoor parking) - pretty impossible for handicapped guests
2) I think breakfast need to be upscaled as this is after all a luxury hotel. The food although delicious, is too ordinary & cheap. The buffet spread of just bread/pastries/cereal could be expanded. The fruits at the buffet table were also terrible - only apples & oranges and were of poor quality & grade.
XXin Ling CelineThe room is spacious, and the bathroom is also quite large, clean, and simple, making it a great place for a short stay. There are tables and chairs outside the entrance as well.
The building has an lift, and the surrounding residential area is quiet and comfortable. The location is excellent. 👍👍
The room is equipped with a kettle, a hairdryer, towels, an iron and soap (just soap).
Overall, it's a great value for money and highly recommended.
RROSHAFIZA BINTI HASSAN / EDUCThe hotel is situated in an ideal location, surrounded by beautiful scenery and a relaxing ambiance, making it a perfect getaway for travelers seeking a picturesque environment. The decor throughout the hotel is exquisite, with a delightful lavender color scheme and thematic touches that create a calming, cohesive atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel provides excellent facilities that cater to a wide range of guest needs, enhancing overall comfort and convenience. Enhanced warmth communications and more amicable demeanor from the counter and kitchen bar workers could improve service quality, thereby enriching the tourist experience and creating a greater sense of welcome and appreciation.
GGuest UserThe location very convenient & the room is clean. The water heater system doesn't provide water hot enough to shower. The private parking didn't cater for hotel guest only. So is always full during the nearby bazaar opening hours (mainly from 10 to 6). The hotel have a beautiful garden. It's accessible by hotel guest & public. Therefore is very noisy. During afternoon there is a very loud malay music. I can only fall asleep around 12 midnight. Because outside the rooms there is a mini electronic machine play area for children. The children are so noisy shouting and laughing. Early morning around 5am I was waken by the strong wind blowing sounds. The roof plastic canopy is so noisy. Means the room sound insulation is very bad. I don't think I will come again.
KKarolinaTThe location is great, close to many restaurants and shops. Someone is at the reception 24/7, which is a big convenience for those arriving late and the hotel staff are welcoming.
However, the room itself was just disgusting. Nail clippings and hair on the carpet, bathroom clearly has not been cleaned in ages as the drain was full with hair, shower curtain and the walls around the shower were covered in mould and dirt from multiple guests. The wifi in the room was not working for us at all (one of the reasons I booked the hotel so I could plan my further itinerary without using mobile data), and although there is an offsite parking, it easily gets full and then you need to park elsewhere. According to the room description there should be coat hangers in the room but there were none.
I booked this hotel last minute so I did not have much choice this time, but I will definitely never come back to this place.
GGuest User*Service:*
Receptionists, housekeeping, and service team are responsive and helpful. Their services meets the expectation of a 4-star hotel. Service may be slower during peak days / hours.
*Parking:*
Small parking space, not quite accesible for elderly or disabled guests.
*Lifts:*
Functions well. Guests need to tap hotel card at the scanner before pushing the floor button.
*Hotel rooms:*
Disappointing.
1. Limited amount of immoble hangers. In our room, only four (4) hangers are available. Where the hangers cannot be removed from the metal rod for easier hanging.
2. Batroom is disasterous. The mobile shower head had its knob removed upon checking in, rendering it unusable. After the knob is fixed, we found out that the shower pipe was defected. Water was leaking all along the pipe instead of from the shower head itself. It was quickly replaced upon filing a complaint to the receptionist
Be careful not to wet the sink counter, as the design makes the excessive water flow dangerously close to the hair dryer.
Close the toilet lid all the time, as the towel rack is positioned directly above the toilet bowl. The flush button is positioned at the left side of the toilet bowl. Push it all the way down then release it immediately to flush.
On the second day of our trip, we could smell the scent of cigarettes and urine coming from the toilet upon returning the room. We had room service and none of the guests smoke. The scent was not there before our departure in the morning. We still don't know where it came from. The scent disappeared on the third day after room service.
3. Only one chair for the room of three. You may want to play music chair to decide who gets to sit.
4. There are some oil stains(?) on the duvet. I'm aware they might have tried thier best to remove it, but the stains do not leave a great impression.
5. On a personal note, there are enough storage space for your belongings int he room. But maybe not the fridge if you're bulk purchasing fresh fruits.
6. Do note that all the headboard backlights are connected to one switch. Thus, no turning off backlight separately.
7. Noise cancelling is non existence. Do expect hearing noises when guests check in / out and baby cries.
8. Alarms will start blaring if you hold down the hotel door handle for too long. I dont know what it's other purpose other than to frighten new guests.
9. The glass door to the balcony was hard to slide open even after unlocking. Maybe it was not well lubricated, or maybe an intentional design to prevent children from opening?
*Breakfast buffet:*
Nasi lemak DIY is a permenant resident at the buffet. The same goes for the majority of other dishes, such as porridge, fun cheong, eggs, pancakes, etc. Everyday, there will only be around 3 - 4 new dishes in the buffet.
The choices of fresh veges are quite limited considering that the hotel is in Cameron Highlands.
It would be a better idea to explore local food outside of the hotel than to come up with a new meal combination from the same dishes every morning.
(The ikan bilis was so salty, I could feel my whole brain shrink just from crunching on one.)
(We found a strain of long hair in the char key teow, none of us had long hair...)
(The fried noodles was wet and soft.)
WWei Loong**Review:**
I had high hopes for this hotel based on its unique room concept, but after experiencing it, I can confidently say I won't be booking again. The idea of a mini house sounded charming, but the reality was less than ideal.
The biggest issue was the noise and vibration. Every time someone passed by my room during the night, I could hear and feel it. It's not something you'd expect when you're trying to sleep, and it definitely disrupted my rest. The mattress didn’t help much either, as I felt every movement like it was amplified.
Then, come sunrise, the room became like a sauna. I understand that the weather in Cameron Highlands can be warm, but the mini house design trapped heat so effectively that it was uncomfortable in the morning. There was no escape from the warmth, and it made it tough to enjoy the start of the day.
The only redeeming factor for this hotel was its location. It's within walking distance to the famous Pasar Pagi and the bustling market, which was convenient for grabbing fresh produce and local treats. But unfortunately, the experience wasn’t enough to make me want to return.
In short, the concept seemed promising, but the execution fell short in terms of comfort and practicality. Wouldn’t recommend it for a restful stay.
AAnonymous UserIm very happy and I feel very satisfied in this hotel. staying here can provide the best access.. in terms of wifi, hot water, fridge, airfryer and much more.. the parking lot is also spacious.. it is very worthwhile to invite your family or partner to stay at this hotel.. highly recommended
AAnonymous UserWe recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positives, the experience was overall disappointing. The apartment itself had a strong, unpleasant smell that lingered throughout, even affecting the bed and mattress. It almost felt like the bedsheet carried the same odor, which made it very uncomfortable. Additionally, the bedsheets had a rough texture that lacked the usual smoothness and quality that you would expect from a hotel stay.
On the positive side, the hotel did have a fantastic balcony. The balcony was beautifully furnished and became the highlight of the stay. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting there since being inside the room was far from relaxing. Unfortunately, my mum struggled to sleep the whole night due to the smell and overall discomfort of the room.
In short, while we appreciated the balcony, the issues with the smell and bedding made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay.
GGuest UserApartment is big and spacious, has a balcony, kitchen with basics, living room. Considered clean too, as I cleaned the common table tops to find no dirt. But pillows were flat and soft. There’s only one provided for each bed. Need to pay RM10 for one extra pillow per night. Bee farm was walking distance.
